Incredibly happy with this gym. From day 1 the coaches and staff remember your name(somehow) and treat you with respect. The workouts are top notch and I feel more motivated day by day to reach my fitness goals! I'm so glad I found this gym and can't wait to have the body I have always dreamed of!!

This is not your average gym. It’s customer and health-centric. The coaches are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Support staff is friendly and welcoming. Quality equipment and clean facility. Jammin’ playlists with club-like lighting. Positive energy all around. They also hold fun social events for the members- this place becomes a fit-family!After not working out for years, I started a 6 week challenge here and I love it. The staff is focused on helping you meet realistic healthy goals. I find myself looking forward to the workouts. I fully intend to become a regular member after the challenge is complete.
