Several years ago I herniated my L5-S1 vertebral disk. After a year of PT I was still in pain. I heard Josh Fixel had experience with back injuries. After the first month my back felt better and I looked noticeably better.Not all personal trainers are equal. I’ve been working with Josh for three years now. This is the place to train! Love Josh! I’ve been training with him for 3 years and i won’t leave! Lol. You will be pushed and you will meet your body goals! Love this gym!
