My son trains at this facility and loves it. The staff is great and very professional... If you want your kid or even yourself to become one of the best in fitness and football come here... The owner lem us great with the kids and does not play when it comes to his work and dedication. He's strict but fair, he will push you till you become the best of the best but it's all up to you if you are ready to take it to the next level , a different level , a higher learning level .. Lem at Gamefit is the best in the business! My son has been training with Lem for over 5 years now. Not only has he made a positive impact althletic wise, but he's also contributed in my son become a better young man. Gamefit is the total package!

Game-Fit is the place to go if you want the best of the best. My son CJ has been training with Lem for the past 6 months. His improvement has been unbelievable, not only physically but mentally as well. The conditioning is not easy and sometimes can be difficult to watch but trust in Lem and in Game-Fit. You will not regret it. He will teach your child not only to be ready physically but how to be mentally ready. That has made all the difference for CJ.As he stepped out onto the football field for the first time as a freshman at Jesuit High School he shared with me his first thoughts.He thought of Lem and remembered all his words of encouragement. He told himself that he didn't work that hard for nothing. He had an excellent game that day and I saw something special in him out there. He was mentally and physically ready. He was all heart. I knew right then and there that came from all his sessions with Lem. No matter where he goes or what he does he will carry that same motivation, it truly is a life skill to learn. Thank you Lem for everything you have done for him so far and I am looking forward to watching him grow and continue to work with Game-Fit.#gamefitcertified
