Love this women owned women empowering business!!! Everything about Katie and all that she and the studio offer come with the highest and best intention possible. Can not recommend everything from the movement classes to operation Her elevated enough! LOVE!

Came her(e) for a cacao ceremony with Judy and Ziggy and i must say that it was a total WOW moment. So much love and energy in the building. I also love the aesthetics of the space as well. Lots for plants and natural lighting. Thanks for having us.

I have been to a couple events here, and wow, this place is a dream. I can’t believe a place like this exists in Sacramento! Definitely one of a kind and the energy here is so wonderful, And the studio owner Katie is just as wonderful !!

I was very new to the Sacramento area and uncertain of where I should go to find community.And each time I signed up for a workshop or a local gathering, they always seem to be held at Her Elevated.And I know why.The minute I walked into Her Elevated for the first time, I immediately felt welcome, and safe.Each time after, it’s felt like, well, what home feels like. Soft, warm, full of good energy & love.Accepting of all who enter.I also recently rented the space myself for a photo session and the place was immaculate.Smelled divine (the clients noticed and loved it too!).There is always fresh filter water on tap to fill your refillable (yay eco-sexy!).Bathroom is always clean. The main space is perfect for a dance class, a photo session, anything your heart desires. The little seating area is perfect to have snacks, a calm meeting space, or a semi -private area during a gathering.Parking is easy, I‘ve gone on evenings, weekdays and weekends and there is always plenty’o street parking.The space is simply a powerhouse for creativity, community and love.Can not wait to rent space again for future sessions with clients!If you need a stunning space to rent in the Sacramento area, do check out Her Elevated.You will be so happy you did!!

Beautiful Space Full of Light and Love & I Love all the plants in the studio. Attended a local women's meet up here called "Safe Space" A beautiful place for women to come together and grow. Would really love to take a yoga class here soon!

Katie makes working out and getting into shape fun! I discovered how developing strength not only physically changed my body, but the workouts helped increase my energy throughout my day and elevated my mood. She closely monitors my workouts and changes them so that I am never doing the same routine. The space itself is welcoming and always uplifting!

Her Elevated is a one of a kind space! I attended a event last month and it was beyond perfect. The space is very welcoming and unique. I loved all the plants and decor. If you are looking to rent the space out for your event or to teach a class I would definitely do it, Her Elevated is one of a kind!
