Hands down this is a great experience! The front counter staff are friendly and helpful, the coaches are great - they are encouraging and enthusiastic. The hour goes by sooooo fast. I can't imagine going back to any other type of "gym".

OTF Land Park is the newest in the region so everything is sparkling clean and everyone is welcoming. Even the most introverted introverts or those with the most basic understanding of working out can inherit great exercise habits and build meaningful relationships with members and staff. The environment is inviting, inclusive, and most importantly it’s motivating. Whether you’re a pro, or you’ve never worked out a day in your life I recommend stepping inside and giving the class a try. You’ll be hooked in no time!

Orangetheory land park is such an amazing place to work out not your ordinary studio. The family/village vibe both staff and coaches give keeps you motivated and coming in for more. They don’t just work there, They love it there and most importantly they love watching you crush your goals they hold you more than just accountable in your fitness journal all aspects and journeys in your life. Love the Land Park Location

I recently moved to Sac and I've experienced numerous OTF locations here and in MN. This one is awesome with the blow dry bar and monitors on the rowers. Clean and friendly. The coaches are an excellent mix of motivating without being too pushy or too relaxed.

I was actually planning on quitting OTF (horrible experience with studio managers elsewhere) when the crew at Land Park showed my what the workouts could be - high energy, fun spirited sessions that build community because the coaches and staff get to know you beyond your name - your goals, standard reps, and when you PR. This location also has the best showers - hot water, two types of heads, brand name shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - and the best part is they are always clean!!

Awesome coaches! Super nice and helpful staff! Excellent music! Great facility layout! I have so many great things to say about it all. Great class schedule although I hope they add more early afternoon classes - but they are always adding more classes so I’m sure this will happen soon.

Great studio with awesome coaches and front desk staff. Jorge at the front is especially helpful but all team members are super polite and accommodating. Tawni and Connor are my favorite coaches and balance the perfect amount of motivation and energy at 5am in the morning. I have a great time every class and always get a good workout in. Highly recommend.

I love the land park OTF studio! The coaches are super friendly and motivating with the right amount of energy to pump you up but also respect everyone's workout is different. The staff are also great, welcoming, organized and very helpful. I come 3-4 times a week and never regret it. I always walk out feeling better than I did walking in. Great studio, people and workout!

OTF is my kind of gym! I don’t know what I’m doing and I get easily intimated with gym equipments, so I love that after a long day at work, a professional coaches me through the whole workout.I’ve been in and out of different gyms for several years but nothing ever stuck for very long. I am very happy to say, I’m finishing up my 6th month (that’s half a year) here at Land Park OT and I cannot be more proud of myself. I’ve had a lot of first here at OT. First time in my life I’ve committed to the gym for 6 months straight without a break (trust me, I’m really good with excuses lol), gone to the gym 3 times a week consistently (planning is key, I know because I have 3 kids under ten and they have a lot of extracurricular activities + homework), ran a whole mile in 10 minutes flat (even better than my high school days), and best of all, I even made gym friends. The facility is clean, the coaches are energetic, and the staff knows me by name. I am loving my time at OT Land Park and I look forward to celebrating my 100th class there as well as my 1 Year anniversary with OT!!If I had to say one negative thing about OT, it would have to be the cost. But then again, you get what you pay for, so if you want something nice, expect the price tag to be nice as well.

Land Park OTF has great coaches who bring a lot of energy to their coaching. It's usually not too crowded which I appreciate. Plus, the staff is friendly and they keep the studio in good shape. It would be nice if members were given, even just one, late or cancel forgiveness. Life happens. Other studios allow for this if they are texted or called...as long as it's not a habit. Something to consider. ...and I don't think I have ever had to cancel!
