First time drove out of my way to freeze my account since im having major health issues. Got charged anyway. When i called them, they were all rude and didn’t even want to assist me. Telling me it was not their fault. The lady on the phone hung up two times while i was still talking. Unbelievable bad customer service. I will call my bank to actually cancel it and never again. Be careful when you sign up. The staff is rude and they don’t tell you the hassle it is to cancel or even freeze the account.

It's ok. Nothing great, but nothing horrible. If you arelooking for basic, its a cool gym. My only complaint that its very limitted on weights. Mostly just treadmills and elipticals.

For the money, I am very satisfied with Planet Fitness. My facility is clean, organized, and the staff has been great. I love the app, the ability to see how busy the facility is at any particular point in time is amazing.

You know, plant fitness gets memed a lot for not being that great. But hot damn this place is a very good gym. Could be bigger but don't we all wish to be a bit bigger? Yeah cool place

This is my favorite of all the planet fitnesses so far. It’s in a nice area of Sacramento. It has a nice aesthetic on the inside with big windows and palm trees outside. Very California vibes. Well lit parking lot, feels safer there than most other locations. Andre is the friendliest staff there and most helpful from whom I encounter. The crowd is chill and people go there to work out and not stand around for the most part.
