Mike embodies elite as a trainer, coach, mentor and friend to anyone that steps into his gym. He works with all ages from elementary children to 50+ adults and elite athletes to people who just want to get back into shape.He cares about each person's experience and brings his best everyday; he also demands each of his clients to do the same in return.What separates Mike from others is he truly cares about each clients development. PME is a great training facility for sports and personal performance. My boys train here and their results are evident. Mike works with all ages and his program develops all levels from youth, to pro, to adult fitness.

Great facility! Great coach! Good vibes in the gym! Community outreach!My 4 kids and I are pretty new to Playmakers Elite, but in the short time training with Coach Mike, my kid's athletic performance in football and wrestling already improved. Love the positive vibe throughout the gym and tailored workouts.Coach Mike's Sunday morning football school has been a blast for my boys.The community outreach is amazing. The events, like Sac State football games, have been so much fun and inspiring for the kids. Serving the homeless service project is really cool, too. It's awesome what Playmakers Elite/Coach Mike does to develop the youth ( and adults) in the Sacramento area. Such a blessing.Highly recommend Playmakers Elite and Coach Mike. 5 stars!!!

My son has been playing football for years. He started at the age of 6 and just turned 11 this year. I decided to put in him into training this year to see if it would help him gain more confidence both on and off the field. I can honestly say that he has improved so much. He has been training with Mike for 8 months and we ( his coaches, teammates, Mike, and his aunts and uncles) have noticed how much he has improved during this time. He is now faster, stronger, more confident, and excited about playing football. Seeing his play this year was like watching a different child because of how his confidence impacted his ability on the field. It was exciting and I am so proud of the work he is putting in.This is all thanks to Mike. The more he improves under the training of Mike, the more excited he gets about playing football. Currently he is training with high school students and he loves it. I cannot thank Mike enough for the work he has done for my son. He pushes these athletes to be the best they can be and I love this for them. I highly recommend him as a trainer. My son loves him and I know your children (or you) would too.

Words will never be enough to explain how amazing Mike is and all of the people at Playmakers Elite. Not only does he help you reach your goals physically, more importantly he helps make sure everyone has the right mentality.
