I have been a Member for about 3 years and it’s a great gym. I really dislike that in the restroom there is men that just stand around naked for a long period of time. Definitely don’t recommend as a family gym. Mentioned my concerns to front desk and they said it’s not in there policy about men standing around naked for long periods of times.

Services are incompetent and the saunas and pools are filthy. Downtown and.natomas location.I have visited so far. Thinking about joining 24 hr fitness.

This facility always stinks and pools always cloudy and dirty looking. It is a newer facility that looks nice. It just isn't kept up properly.

Great for family. It's a package like you have a spa, hot tub, pool, gym, etc. But it takes time for them to fix broken stuffs and not well-maintained cleanliness wise

Love that they have an indoor pool! I had issues getting in with my card and the front desk was super helpful, I like the gym and the staff are great

inside everything is ok, children's slides are closed, the indoor pool is muddy and smells strongly of bleach! children's pool is clean and warm!
