A rather dated YMCA with a unique set up. Obviously it’s an old-school cardiovascular room with weight machines OK yet fairly small for a large cities such as Sacramento. Freeway downstairs is most certainly dated in need of several updates. OK pool area and locker rooms with towel service for a small fee. Great customer service and they really do fairly well for the space they have.

Slightly dated shower room but overall a great facility. Friendly staff that would not stop chitchatting.

I love it here so much it is such a good place to work out I come here almost everyday and it's a good place to get fit, swim, or just even have fun the staff is cool too they treat you better than a customer l, they treat you like a friend
