The staff is friendly, studio is clean, and the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. I did my research and decided this studio was one i wanted to join. I have asthma, and typically hotter yoga classes are tough for me. I explained my situation to the owner and she allowed me to try a couple classes to see how it went. The class was so incredible. Joining this studio and would recommend to anyone. 🙏🏼

I loved the little affirmation card that was slipped into my purse during the yoga sesh :) I also love the warmth and inviting nature of the place. I was in a moderate class with some seriously talented yogis, and I still felt welcomed and …

Friendly staff and calm environment. The showers, cubbies and dressing rooms are well kept. I love that they have a hydration station and you can rent a mat for $5 if you forget yours (first time its free!). I also really enjoy the fact …

This is my favorite local yoga studio. The environment is very chill, grounded and the instructors are supportive. There are other yoga studios in Midtown that feel pretentious, cult-y...this is not one of those studios. I love this place. …

I love everything about Solfire. I try not to go during the busy times to have room to spread out a bit, but even then the busy classes are still fun. I like the variety of teachers, music, and postures we practice in class. I just started going back after a lot of time off due to spinal arthritis, and am excited to get back into it.

It’s wonderful. The staff, teachers, and classes are awesome. I had never done yoga in a guided class before. So, naturally, I was nervous. I didn’t think I’d literally be able to handle the heat (of their Vinyasa classes) or keep up with …

I LOVE this studio! I like the location, friendly staff and teachers and the style of classes taught (slightly warm room, slow to medium flow, inspiring music). I also love the daily mantras! I always feel so refreshed and re-energized both physically and spiritually when I leave class.

The studio was open and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful while setting me up for my first class at Solfire. The class "vinyasa power basics" and the instructor Steph were great. It was challenging, but not overwhelming for a semi-newbie.

The restorative classes are the best I've experienced! Teachers are calming and kind, and I always leave feeling a sense of peace and very, very relaxed. The studio is very welcoming but it is a bit on the warmer side.My favorite class and teacher is Vin on Tuesday evenings. Blake not only adds knowledge and instruction but soulfulness and laughter to his classes. I'm hooked!
