Such an amazing dance studio. The kids all love it here, they are like family. If you get on their competitive team then you get to travel to different competitions. They've won many awards.

The owner, Shelly, does it all. She runs a successful studio, is the choreographer, director, and has an award-winning dance company team. My daughter dances nearly 20 hours a week and has a passion and love for Natomas Dance Method. Cannot recommend enough!

This is my 9 year old daughter's 3rd dance company in the past 6 years and by far the best! The owners are a family and have brought a family feel to the entire studio, she is firm yet kind to all of the children. Also, the students are sweet to one another rather than being overly competitive.One of the details that I love is that she hires professional teachers to teach her classes instead of constantly relying on older students like some other studios I have been to which trade classes for teaching hours. I think that having adult professionals teach classes is why my daughter's dance technique improved so much! We are moving to another city and saying good-bye to this studio is the hardest part of our move! This photo is from her "good-bye" with Shelly and her classmates. Having danced myself for 16 years, I would highly recommend this studio!!

This is more than just a dance studio for us, it's a dance family. My daughter is 7 and it's her first time on a company team and loves it. The boys and girls who attend classes are all so respectful and encouraging to one another and that's the environment this studio has. We drive from West Sacramento 4-5 days a week and it's worth it. If you are looking for a place that teaches more than just dance I highly recommend coming to Sweat Shelly. I have also started working out while my daughter is in class, this was so out of my reach before but thanks to Shelly's vision I'm able to get healthy rather than just sitting and waiting. Best studio!!

This studio is amazing. The fact that it has been open for less than a year and has had the impact that it has, is truly a testament to Shelly and her team!! So many classes with amazing qualified teachers, which is hard to find these days. Also an incredible bonus, they offer workout classes while your child dances... two birds one stone! Can’t say enough about how great they are... I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
