Amazing gym with great equipment and a great community.I’ve been working with Avi (Head strength coach) since November 2022. No gimmicks, just the best no bs coaching I’ve received in over 5 years of working with strength coaches. She’s big on form and technique and even since moving to her online coaching, I’m still receiving top level coaching.The community is growing and you’ll want to drink the kool aide too!

Bottom line. This gym is a awesomeNice equipment, lots of racks and platforms, full set of dumbbells, cables, kettlebells and more.Dope staff, chill/friendly members and they have their own high quailty clothing line

Out of town powerlifter looking for a place to lift while here for the Fourth of July weekend. Came across this gem of a place. Great quality equipment, lots of open light, cool and chill vibe from the owners and members.Kudos to the owners for creating such a great environment! Excited to keep on coming here for the next couple days while I am in town!

Great place, clean, friendly staff and prompt responses to questions. Environment is welcoming and open to anyone at any training level. Layout of the gym is open and not over crowded like most allowing you to focus on yourself. Even the logo is welcoming!

A brand new gym with the kind of atmosphere you want for a local gym. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive, and the owners are always around to chat with, no smoke and mirrors! Highly reccomend checking out as the first day ia free as well. Support your local establishments!

This is the nicest looking and CLEANEST gym I’ve ever been to. There is so much natural light and huge roll up doors throughout the facility so it always feels airy and open. The equipment is brand new and top quality. Great for all levels of training experience. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. 24/7 access available, too. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Very clean facility with great atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. New gym in downtown Sacramento with great vibes. Having only gone to commercial gyms, this was a huge change up. Everyone here is very friendly, the owners are always around to chat, and the equipment is very nice. Whether you’re barely starting off lifting or you’ve been lifting for a while, this gym is a fantastic place to be.
