I came here because my hands were slipping off the soft bars at the YMCA.My hands don’t slip anymore. They’ve got ~ 40 different barbells, 20 belts, cage after cage, platform after platform, stones, yokes, farmers walk apparatuses, tires, etc etc

Prior to visiting Untamed Strength my compounds were awful. My form was bad and I'd often injure myself. After Alan's one time form check, I'm now squatting, deadlifting and benching 3 times a week. He's thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Truly an excellent service. Thanks Allen.

I would love to train untamed here however the furthest West I got from Philadelphia is St. Louis. I am a huge Alan thrall fan ever since I watched the supplements videos. Hydro20 hahaha. Alan knows how to lift and get muscle on you while getting the fat off. He will be a dad soon so I hope he gets time to make videos and train.

Alan rocks. I purchased his form check online and drove 2 hours to visit his gym to do the form checkj in person after watching his online videos. I've been lifting for 35 years and he helped me clean up several technique flaws, greatly improving my shoulder and back safety. I've watched his youtube training but there really is no substitute for his in person form check. He spent over an hour with me on the four big lifts (deads - squat - bench - OHP). His cues are dead on.It's too bad I live in San Jose otherwise I'd definitely sign up at his gym. There were a lot of strong lifters there the day I went for the form check.
