The customer service is none existent. If you want a smoothie or want to use the massage chair then you’ll need to go on a hunt to find the one and only employee available. If the badge reader doesn’t work then you better hope someone gets off a treadmill and let’s you in. Oh and good luck suspending your membership or ending it all together because they will continue to charge you and you’ll have to make a dozen calls for them to refund you the overcharge. I suspect they are trying to go to a 24 fitness business model so they don’t have payroll costs.I’m really disappointed to see the decline.

It's a good place to workout for cheap. Personally I'd say the downtown location needs to readjust it's hours on Google since they aren't open on Sundays and their other days are very different. I'd much prefer they just readjust back to those hours on Google so I can actually workout after work, but they haven't been clear on if they will or not.

Friendly staff from what I experienced, good atmosphere, can feel crowded at peak times, but other times can be super empty, depending what time you like to workout. Good variety of weights and equipment.

The hours are not accurate on Google Maps, they're closed on Sundays now. The owner commented on another review a week prior that instead of updating the hours they are "trying to make it work." I suppose this means they're understaffed but having come from a place that's always open it is frustrating since Sunday's a great day to fit in exercise time.

I joined about a month ago and I am really glad I did. For too long I haven’t made my health a priority. I jumped in with both feet and am enjoying working with my personal trainer, Alec. He’s encouraging and he pushes me but watches to make sure my form is good and that it’s not too much. I’ve sang his praises enough that my husband now joined and is going to work with Alec too.Overall the staff I’ve met are super helpful and encouraging. The manager Danny is super friendly and has remembered my name from Day One, he always greets me and I’ve watched him treat other members the same way.I’m addicted to the Hydromassage bed after every workout and they make some pretty good smoothies too. I’ve tried a few classes and exercised in QMax. There’s a lot of options. So glad I joined, I’m already starting to feel better even though muscles are sore that I didn’t even know existed!

Good covid 19 protocols. Clean equipment and locker rooms. Helpful attendants, you just have to ask.

Great Gym for a great price, I even got the 22 dollar with no sign up cost and it's 100% worth it.

These guys are crooks!!!! The gym was closed due to the Covid shutdown!!!! Then they opened up for outdoor workout and never notified me and then took out the months fees plus their annual fee over drafting me!!! When I called the S Salem location to request my money back and cancel my membership they became rude and told me I had to come in to cancel and never resolved my problem!!! By far the worst customer service and worst gym I’ve ever been to!!!
