Cable machines are WAAAY off! Says you're lifting 3 times the weight you are ACTUALLY lifting. So, if you are lifting here please know... unfortunately you are not as strong as it has you thinking you are. :( No starting resistance listed on any of the other machines. Real lifters need to know these things, man. Staff is really fantastic though so it kinda makes up for it though ;)

Went to possibly join today. Parking is very limited. I did manage to find a 15 minute parking spot, then waited in line ( only one ahead of me) for close to my parking time limit. With no acknowledgment, parking time running out I left. Obviously I. Not a happy camper. If any body that works at the club would like to contact me with how to join I information I'm still looking for a place to work out.

Great location and clean inside, a bit small and after the remodel they took away some of the amenities and the hours they are open on the weekends is more like a retirement community gym with it closing at 8 on Saturday and 7 on Sunday. Still a better value than any of the other gyms in the city. The staff are always friendly and the trainers are knowledgeable.

Beware...Large signs have been around town showing $10 a month. Now that would be great...but wait. Missing from the sign is hidden enrollment fee, Never ending Annual fee $39.99 and daycare fees. Gym hours are short on weekends, closed or shorter hours on small holidays, over crowded 5-7pmBut OK, i did not read the tiny print on website,I wanted to get a flat stomach and joined anyway. and upgrade to the $20. It really went down hill when I got into an auto accident last November with whiplash and could not use gym. Management didn't care. Now, i am moving and luckly i change my credit card a month ago. So they want reactivation fees, last month $20, next month $20 and another annual fee $39.99 due next week. And, the head manager said I should have looked at the website at the fine print. Now i would have paid the $40 but they want a $39.99 annual fee due next week...(are they kidding, i am moving) I told the manager i am moving and couldn't get use of gym due to my neck injury (that is already over $6000 in medical treatment)The manager talked down to me and i must be twice her age. Saying 3 times "Your choice, you should have read the writing on the website. We are going to take you to collections"So if you get injured,.

Physiq has far exceeded my expectations-five co-workers and I signed up for training and we have gotten that and so much more! Awesome support from Landon, Austin and Joe, training and accountability which kicks our behinds, cardio scheduled, meal plan(s) accomplished (which have resulted in serious weight loss in 3 1/2 months), inches dropping, and we love it!!!!

These are the dumbest people I have met!! Continue to take money out of our account long after we have terminated our contract..double charged and completely lack of regard for what they are doing. I would pay much higher prices at a real gym before I would ever go back to this establishment!! I am reporting them as fraud to my bank I am so sick of this!!

I love the South Commercial location. I have been working out with Candace Hughes, a personal trainer, and she is TOP! When I leave after my session I am so muscle tired in whatever area of my body she is working on that I feel every single time that I am getting my money's worth.Candace is very good at selecting exercises that fit my level of fitness and also is careful of a spinal injury that I have.Candace keeps me motivated and keeps me challenged to do more each time I think that I cannot do more but do because she sees that I can.I have actually watched a couple of the male personal trainers work with their clients both male and female and I am extremely impressed with their knowledge and patience as well. I chose a female because I didn't want to take the chance of having the "drill sergeant" treatment and I am pleased to see that so far NONE of the personal trainers act arrogant there and are very knowledgeable and patient. The gym is well laid out. The hours are sufficient for me but I hate being there between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. because it is a MADHOUSE and very difficult to get on any of the machines!Having a television (flat screen above you, NOT on the actual machine itself) keeps me distracted when I am doing cardio so I do not feel as tired. I LOVE the Q-Max theater room the most because it is dark and I feel that I can really push myself and not worry about how I might look to other people. The only improvement I would suggest is keep movies playing in the Q-Max and sports out in the main area. I noticed that every time they put a sport on or the HGTV network people get up and leave the machines in that room and it only has about 2 people left. The left turn onto Commercial is extremely hazardous between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. Take the road behind the gym to Sunnyside and turn right instead. You can then hit the light to commercial right there by the car dealership to make a safe left.I highly recommend this clean and up-to-date gym and especially recommend Candace Hughes if you are like me and need to get into shape as a late 40's lady!
