Physiq Fitness Downtown

I really enjoy going and working out at physiq. The staff are kind and always welcoming, as well as the other members. Best gym in the Salem Keizer area in my opinion!

It's a great, convenient facility. Staff is friendly. It's clean and has a great selection of equipment. It just gets too busy for me at times.

They put my account into collection even after communicating to them that I don't feel safe going to the gym because I live with my mother whom is at risk and most likely would not make it if she got covid. I always loved this gym before I knew how little they actually care about their members. I didn't even want to cancel I just wanted tonout the membership on hold till things got better. I also lost my job for a while during covid but do u think this gym cares? No!!! They only care about collecting their money. And never did i sign a contract with them knowing the new covid world! Very upsetting I would not recommend this money hungry gym to anyone. I will take my business to planet fitness instead I recommend u do the same

I cancelled my membership beginning of January 2020 (in person, on paper) because I was moving, however it was never actually closed it and continued to charge me until June. NOW a year later, I get an alert that I’m being sent to collections....I’m still waiting for my money back, but now my credit is being negatively affected. I called multiple times to the downtown facility asking to speak directly to the manager. Every month I called I was assured this would be dealt with and yet checking my records I was never reimbursed for the continued billing of my membership. Then collections? The place is clean, but there’s always a crowd at the free weights and not enough free weight equipment, and this is true at all locations, but the most infuriating this is their hours posted online are almost never correct. I’ve gone hella times only to find them closed, closing soon, or closing well before closing hours. I complain each time it happens and they apologize but it never gets fixed. Most aggravating! Also, and very importantly, they DO NOT enforce mask wearing which ironically jeopardizes the health of patrons at a place that they go to get/stay healthy.

I went to this gym on 4/12/21 and received terrible customer service from the women at the front desk. Overall the gym is clean and not too crowded. Also, Physiq only offer one day free pass to get a feel for the gym. A 7 day trial is usually ideal!

Love working out at Physiq! Great price, great equipment. Simple and effective.

I really like this gym it’s very clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful and the recovery room is amazing.

I love that the guy is open. The staff have been amazing friendly as alwYs and are working their booties off kerping it clean. Great job all!
