I came in looking for information about the gym this young gentleman named Savion helped by informing me everything about the process of becoming a member and prices. Once I became a member he guided me with the benefits they offer such as tanning and massage beds. He was kind and patient which made my day!Thanks Planet Fitness!!!

Managed very well; friendly staff; 24/7; clean, functional equipment. All things my previous gym lacked. (The only thing corporate falls down on is sensitivity. That is, the Salem gym membership is made up of more than 60 percent people of color. And you devote nearly one-third of the flatscreen TVs to display only FoxNews, or its local affiliate. Do you think that's OK? I'm sure that 60 percent tries to ignore it, but why should they have to? It says a lot about upper management at your company.)

Best value in gyms anywhere - hands down. Lots of great equipment - well maintained and plentiful with every option imaginable. Clean facility. COVID-conscious and the staff always takes prevention seriously — without being stifling to the point of overkill. I left this gym at the onset of COVID in fear of the unknown, but returned and am so glad that I did. Thank you !!
