This is not a gym. Not a squat rack in sight. 150 treadmills and 2 free weight benches. Only barbell they own is attached to a smith machine. Insanity

It took well over an hour to get a new membership. There was only one person working at peak time, and "the human" (lol) was unfamiliar with how to enter my membership because of the promo code offer. It was a very nice human, but still. The one special section they had that I liked was gone. The mayor of Salem had just removed the mask mandate 1 day prior which is why I thought to join. I can't handle wearing a mask or I get 😩 messed up. So it's basically pre-pandemic Planet Zzzzfitness. Snore. Soooo, if I can end up useing the gym without upsetting myself be becoming sick with Covid, I will give it another star, if Google let's me make the change. P.S. I suggest the star system for reviews be revamped and be from minus 5 to a plus 5 to more accurately review a place. Agree or disagree?

Awesome location with all new, clean and operational equipment and facilities. It also is well integrated with an app on my phone. Like it very much!

Horrible experience! I have been going to the gym all my life. The manager cancelled my membership without knowing what really went on with the shift manager colby thorpe. She ran and chased me into the bathroom started tapping my shoulder as I was walking into the stall to use the bathroom. Colby then started banging on the stall about taking my picture. I told her I would go to the front after my gym session. My friend had told her to relax what she was doing was not necessary. Colby then started to follow my friends and I around the gym about my gym guest that was already signed in. There has been multiple members that have came up to me that same day and stated that I was not the only one she has done things like that too. The other members I was with also had their memberships cancelled as well for no reason mind you we have been going to this gym for years. A month later I got a letter stating I can not go into the traders way gym or the danvers gym or I will be arrested by the salem police! This is an erroneous way to treat members especially if we did not do anything wrong !

Very clean, great staff, plenty of cardio machine, open 24 hrs

I came in as a nonmember-walk-in looking for a place to get a pump while traveling. No other gyms were available trying to get a workout past 8pm on a Sunday night. Planet Fitness to the rescue!! 💪 Great facility that came right in a pinch for a lunk like me. 😁 ✌️ Thanks Planet Fitness! You guys rock!! ♥️ …

The gym is falling apart, but they say it is under new ownership they promise to make the place looking great again.

nice but bad rest rooms with sensors, it does’t work when you need to!

Lots of parking, clean facility, equal parts cardio and weight liftingFriendly staff.
