Shout out to Ulysses who goes above and beyond for the members. He take his time in helping and never rush. We need more staff like him everywhere. In shape is fortunate to have such a bright and enthusiastic crew like Ulysses and i hope i spelled his name correctly.

I like staffs in here but locker rooms are always dirty and always people who don’t follow the rules are inside the swimming poolThey across the lane and play while members are lap swim and they didn’t make reserve just take lane also that people never take shower before entering the pool ,, not even wearing a proper swim wear ! Not good for swimmer

Its aight. Lots of treadmills and weights. Great gym when its not busy during peak times. Bring your own clorox towels with drying towel to clean the sweaty machines lol. Most people are respectful but do not clean after using the machines. The towels provided by the gym get wet real fast and nasty and it staff takes a while to replace those blue towels.Its a good location, lots of parking, has indoor pool. It has a sauna but of course it does get nasty because people wear their socks and shoes instead of using sandals. And sauna gets broken often.

Signed up today for a membership at in shape Salinas and the young man that helped me Ulysses Silva was very helpful. He was very professional and I appreciate the time he took to get me signed up. He explained everything in detail and made things really easy. I recommend in shape to anybody interested in joining a good health club.Thank you

I really like and enjoy going to this gym.very clean. first of all it is very big and has a lot of different varieties of equipment for all beginners intermediate and advanced. Not to mention a clean swimming pool and steam room and a sauna that I love to enjoy after my workout
