I've never been to this gym during the afternoon or evening, most of the time it's within 1- 3 hours from the time it opens. It's not a bad place to work out, I like it better than what use to be Gold's. There are a lot of machines to work out on so you don't normally have to wait for anyone else to be done. My only issue is with some of the weekday staff at the front desk. Whenever I need to ask for anything I almost get the sense that I'm annoying them by just being there. Weekend staff is pretty awesome though.

They close too early, they should close at 1am at least, yes, 1am, if not it should be 24h

Pool needs to be cleaned more often in ither words taking out the water and washing it

I give this a 4 would have gotten a 5 if you would put out for spray bottles in the new workout area only one bottle in the entire cardio area by the stairmaster and let's get some new rags or at least washed seems like we wipe our machines with the same sweat since everyone is wiping down the machine with the same old dirty rag Two rags per bottle.

I've been a customer since 3 years ago. And nearly 1 month ago bathrooms are always dirty, there are no paper towels. The machines are dirty dusty. Also the sauna and steam are dirty and clients come with tennis shoes. I not sure what is happen . I recommend to be focus in it.thank you!

Just started my membership here. My only dissatisfaction is the pool, it could be alot cleaner for the amount of people that go through there, same with the locker rooms. Sand accumulating on the floor, floating hair and salty water! Other than that its an awsome Gym! Alot of variety and the staff is very helpful and answered all my questions,membership wast fast easy no hassles.What made me really sign up though was In-Shapes reviews and I noticed that In-Shape go's out if its way to keep its members happy and meet their concerns.Keep up the good work.Thank you.

I recently moved here from So Cal where I trained at a Gold's Gym, it's the best club in Salinas hands down. On par with LA Fitness and 24 Hour.I'm used to training in a hard core BB environment and although the equipment is not as comprehensive the club strives to appeal to both the novice and expert with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I love the early opening time that works with my schedule and it always opens on time.My only complaint is as a early am member the club has not been cleaned up from the night before and the cleaning staff interfere's with you're work out.
