Very clean, not a lot of people since we now have to schedule an appt through their app or online only. Limited services but it's all for our health!

Great to be back at the gym however, going on to website to make reservation is a pain and now having to wear mask all the time even when working out is hard to get used to. I know its for everyone's protection but it definitely shortens my workout

Somewhat unhappy recently. I wasn't able to coordinate a time with my personal trainer to match his schedule but instead of giving me to someone else they just kept charging me well past my contractual obligation date then when I called and cancelled the service I am yet again being charged for nothing. My last half a dozen visits have been cold showers. At least 50% of the time I am there the hot tub is non-functional. The circuit training equipment is frequently being dominated by someone hogging a machine which just negates the idea of circuit training.

Very great gym. Staff is really helpful and friendly. They are always there when you need it. I would say they go above and beyond to make sure gym members have a wonderful experience. Sure there are the usual unracked weights and at times the gym is packed especially during the evening but overall this gym is outstanding.

The gym is very big. There's lots of machines and a large room for classes that can be used by anyone when there's no classes. People keep to themselves, I've never had any issues with anyone. The staff are friendly. I get a discount due to my job so the price is good. There is a pool, a steam room, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. The showers, bathroom and locker rooms are kept clean. I will continue to go here.
