I like it’s different every day and that I move for a full hour. I’m a plus size woman and my fitness level wasn’t high coming in. I was treated like everyone else and I’ve never felt less than when I need a modification or if Im walking on the treadmill instead of jogging or running. I workout within my ability but still feel challenged to push myself and get my 12 splat points. I leave having had a great workout every time!

My coaches, Liz and Gina, are great. They often monitor and correct my form while I'm doing the weight floor exercises. I appreciate their enthusiasm and encouragement. I also like the energy and atmosphere, it is motivating and helps me to get the most out of my workout.

I have taken many classes over the years and by far this is one of the best workouts. It is challenging and I get a great workout every time. Even on days when I am tired and don’t push myself as much, I still feel that it was a good workout. I can see the progress I am making and know I would see even more progress if I was disciplined with my diet.

I love Orange Theory! The workouts are intense and are adaptable to people of all fitness levels. You are able to be competitive and the team aspect of the workout ensures that you’re not alone in your fitness goals. The instructors are wonderful! They are encouraging and great at explaining exercises and helping with correct form.

It's challenging and it's different each day. All I have to do to be fit is commit to showing up and giving an effort, which makes it easy and effective. The coaches are incredible which also helps. For instance, Taylor always notices when someone is pushing hard and throws some encouragement their way. She also cracks jokes and corrects my form on the weight floor. It really helps me bust out more reps when I'm tired, and makes me feel good about what I'm doing. Coach Julie's high energy carries my sluggish self on days I'm feeling off. Sometimes she's the only thing keeping me going when she's running back and forth calling out encouragement during the last all outs of the day. Just looking at Ali's physique is all the fitness motivation I need for a class (for real who would it not motivate?). She's also kind and knowledgeable. Evan is also great, he cares and puts a lot of consideration into his coaching.

Awesome Coach guidance, you might repeat an excercise but we never do the same workout routine twice, or at least it feels that way. I started in June at 250lbs, I've lost 20lbs but have also gain more muscle. My injuries are not hurting as much as they used to, my mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance are improving faster than i can even notice. Its so nice to show up to class not worry about what your going to be doing, what muscle group, what excercises, etc. Just by showing up you are half way there😃

I love going to Orangetheory. I love how I feel after I work out. I enjoy the competition against self to keep your heart rate in the orange or red. It's a great way to stay on track during the whole work out that is always new and different every day - rowing, weights, treadmill.

First of all, I love your trainer Spencer! He has just the right amount of sass and sweetness that pushes you to be your best - he's like a drill sergeant with a sense of humor. I enjoy the workout because I don't have to think, I know that I am receiving a workout that will maximize my time at the gym. One hour, that's it - in & out, simple!

I have been a member here for a few years and continue to love it. All of the staff members are great and help create a fun environment to exercise. With a busy schedule I have a hard time creating my own workout plan and sticking to it, so it is very convenient to show up and have it ready for you. All of the classes are challenging and have helped me reach a lot of personal goals over the past few years.

I am honestly sad to write this review as I have been coming here for almost a full year. I am fit and love working out! I am always looking for something new, fun and challenging. I was getting that experience from Orange Theory. However, the other day I had a SERIOUS accident falling of the treadmill. Sometimes the workouts require moving from one machine to another in a quick manner. I tripped off a moving treadmill and have serious friction burns on my legs and 2 fingers on my left hand required extensive stitches. I understand accidents happen, but there are other safety measures orange theory could take to prevent these injuries from happening again. Considering my friend who I took also sprained her ankle moving from a treadmill to a rowing machine. And staff told me others have fallen before. I haven't had ANY owner or staff reach out to me to see how I am recovering. Just be VERY careful while working out here, don't let staff push you too hard! Don't be consumed by the heart rate monitors! Focus on finding the instructors who are there to help you get fit while having fun.
