I have never done this type of class before. They are great about correcting your form so you don't hurt yourself. They put a lot of emphasis on doing the exercise correctly, not quickly or too much weight. They have a great core of support and I am looking forward to going back for more.

Rise is the best! I have never been a gym person, but I love the difference I’ve seen in myself physically and mentally since going to Rise! Their coaches are so knowledgeable and make sure you do things correctly so you get the most out of it and don’t injure yourself. Love love love!!!! Thank you Rise!!!

Best group fitness in SLC. All of the coaches are great at what they do and bring personality to each session. The classes have a lot of variety including HIIT and strength training. Everyday you can expect at least one creative exercise that makes you realize your mobility isn't as good as you thought it was.

Rise 4 has been a game changer for me. The workouts are challenging but the coaches are awesome about helping me modify when I need to. I’m seeing more results here than I ever did at the regular gym just going solo at it. When I started I had no idea how much I needed these fitness professionals and the community they’ve created. Seriously, it’s been life changing! Love, love, love, this place!!!

Rise4 has built the best gym community. The coaches, owners, and front desk helpers are so friendly and welcoming. They really spend time investing in each individual that walks through the door. I’ve been going for about a year and it’s fun to see the improvement from their 6 week blocks. Each trainer pushes you and helps correct form, giving modifications for any injury’s. I highly recommend you try it out!

I love coming to Rise4 in the mornings! Mondays are the best and the worse. You get such an amazing workout to jump start your week. With goals that motivate and push you out of your comfort zone. On strength days it is so nice to slow things down and really focus on the movements you are doing. I love how every day of the week there is a different focus and they tell you what the goals are. It is also so nice to come and not need to plan out the workout the screens guide you and a coach is always there to check your form or push you since they really get to know you. Having Rise4 as a part of my routine has been so nice and I highly recommend you try it out!

Joining this gym has been the best decision I’ve made. I love starting my days here! The staff, trainers, and other members are absolutely fantastic and supportive. Rise4 makes it easy to track my progress and move towards reaching goals. 11/10 would recommend.
