This facility is totally judgement free! Body shames are not allowed here and everyone is free to do their best and what their body can handle! The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful to newbies like me!

Like other members who have commented on here I'm very disappointed in the way PF has handled their closure for repairs and lack of updates.Thanks for responding, but you didn't state when you would be reopening and just like your responses to other members complaints you gave no info just the run around

Like others I’m disappointed with the handling of the recent closure. Today I received an email recommending the Abilene and Odessa PF fitness centers as alternatives. Really San Angelo PF? The best you can offer is recommending paying customers drive 3-4 hours round trip to workout? Why not collaborate with a local gym to extend temporary memberships to PF customers while you’re fixing the issue (at PF’s expense)?Also, will we still be charged the monthly membership fees in December?UPDATE: PF has been closed for 2-weeks as of 12/04. Another local gym, Tru Fit, offered same membership pricing as PF. Tru Fit has MUCH MORE equipment options. I like it! !

I called to cancel my membership and the girl at the front desk lied and said she canceled it. She also said she was talking to the manager when there is not a manager that works the weekends. They took over $100 from my account for no reason and after I already called to cancel it. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. Go to another 24 hour gym. This place will lie and take your money.

It's impossible to get management to return your calls . Tried canceling membership since March via email and still being charged. Tried calling and Tayler doesn't return my calls...Management and owner don't care so take your business elsewhere..

This PF (San Angelo) was a great gym until they decided to close the doors for 7 days and going.. Supposedly an air conditioner problem, but really? It could have been fixed by now. The owners obviously have no care for their members, or else they would’ve worked the problem out by now.

Tried calling and Tayler doesn't return my calls..I have customers of my own and would be ashamed if I treated any of my clients the way planet fitness in San Angelo has treated me.This has been escalated..Update in response to owner.As mentioned I tried canceling via email because obviously I couldn't cancel in person due to covid19 epidemic..You have offered no resolution but like all the other complaints you type whatever you seem necessary to portray yourself as if you care ...Taylor has my number call me.
