24 Hour Fitness

my brother asked me to pick him up from the gym but my phone died before i even got there, Misthre (i’m so sure i misspelled her name and i apologize, her name is pronounced as Mystery) she was the front desk and she helped me out, she was so nice she even offered to take me to the basketball court to find my brother, she announced that i was here and she dialed his number for me when i didn’t know itThank you so much!!!!

Came to check out the facility around 10am everything was available for me to use. Clean & very friendly staff Mystery helped me with membership options and was very polite & knowledgeable. Will definitely enjoy my membership with this location very pleased.

This gym is disgustingly dirty and getting worse by the day - see pics attached. Second issue is that sometimes there is actually no one there in the morning to open the gym- change your name from 24 hr fitness because you aren’t open 24 hours per day. Then when you have posted hours make sure you actually have someone there to open the gym- this is the third or fourth time this has happened

This gym is good and clean but does not have too many free weights. Unfortunately, it closes at 9 pm as supposed to be 24/7, as the gym name implies. I wish it could go back to normal hours because it would work better with my schedule.

This 24 fitness never ceases to disappoint.. they have just a few group classes which are often canceled without notice.. there is absolutely no backup plan .. they don’t even have a video option.The sauna is always dirty as well as the rest rooms .. the managers are not equipped to find solutions , all he does is apologize

Love this 24hrs. The general mamager James is so kind and helpful even when time under a crunch. He understood my financial situation and accomodated me to be able to come to the gymand use at my disposal until pay day came and i was able to purchase my plan but even then i went to another 24hr and they couldnt honor the plane James and i had set up in the first place .. sadly i had to wait for this 24hr to open on heirman but once it did James didnt even flinch to hokd his end of the deal and helped me get my membership quick and easy. You wont regret it i promise .. no commitment and the steam room will have you locked in fursure lol. Only thing i didnt like was one if the cashiers. .. looked younger than james as he just wantes to make sales and not understand each other as people . Other than that as a official member of 24hrs i couldnt be happier ! :) lets get these Gainz !

I posted pictures. This gym is very dirty. Dirt and dust a foot out from the wall. This gym is not open 24 hours. You would think they have time to clean up. Benches have dust and crumbs around the base. The machines have not been wipe down. Spilled drinks on the equipment bottom base. To many different virus for a gym to be this dirty. Redlands 24-hour is a little cleaner. I will never go back to 24-hour San Bernardino.

Conveniently located right off 10 freeway. Lots of free parking available. Clean equipments and well kept machines. Restrooms need more cleaning specially the shower area. Pool temperature is perfect for the season. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cancelled last year, this year as of last month they started charging my credit card again, they make it impossible to contact their customer service, Do not sign up with these crooks.

This 24 Hour Fitness is nice and clean with a decent amount of equipment so people aren't crowded around each other.
