It’s a challenging workout but the Coach motivates you to do your best. It was my first class and Coach Danielle was very attentive to make sure I was doing fine. You feel great after accomplishing the class.

OTF Mission Valley ROCKS!! SUPER coaches. GREAT music. FANTASTIC work-out routines with constant variety. Heart-rate monitoring is FUN FUN FUN--getting into the SPLAT zone!! ACTUAL results at OTF. The studio staff is ever-helpful, pleasant, and efficient. What else can I say?? GO! GO! GO!! Move it! Move it! MOVE IT!!

I am very happy with OTF. This is the only system that works for me. I've been to other gyms and wasted a lot of money.When I had an issue with signing up, the staff was very responsive and was able to help me right away. Highly recommend this place even to my co workers.

I love Orangetheory. I enjoy the fact that my workout is based on my heart rate and I see the results as I continue to attend classes. I love experiencing my fitness level increase.The Orangetheory brand itself is consistent and respectable. Both gyms I attend with the 6 or so different trainers all give the same level of enthusiasm and expertise. The fact that you have to commit to going 8 hours in advance makes it so I don't back out at the last minute.It's like having a personal trainer, except a fraction of the cost and in a group setting, which to me, is motivating.It's the only gym I have enjoyed long term and a great way to stay fit and healthy for the long run.

I really enjoyed all aspects of the workout, including the environment (positivity and never a sense of being ashamed at being able to do less), the coaching (better than the competitors), and the workouts themselves. I highly recommend Orange Theory to anybody and everybody, from those who are looking to lose weight to those who want to stay conditioned.

I love that it pushes me to work harder than I would if I were at any other gym. I also love the coaches, they are the perfect balance of helpful and knowledgeable, but don’t make you feel embarassed when they have to help you. It’s a great positive environment and I really look forward to my workouts. My absolutely love training with coaches Travis and Lana, they are fantastic and definitely keep the energy level up!

Orangetheory is unlike any other group training class I’ve taken. It’s very high energy and so challenging. The classes are fast paced so you are pushing yourself until the end. The instructors are enthusiastic and I feel like they never have an off day. The energy in a class is always so positive and even if you feel like you’ve reached your limit the trainers and the group keep you on track until the end of class. You share equipment and switch stations so you don’t have a chance to fall behind. If you have trouble motivating yourself at a regular gym and aren’t seeing the results you want from yoga or pilates ( like me) then this is the workout for you. It is also very reasonably priced and I’m actually spending significantly less on my membership than I was at my pilates studio. I know Orangetheory will help me reach my goals if I stick with it and The more classes I take the stronger I can feel myself getting.

Orange Theory has been such a positive space for me and has helped me learn that I can actually love to work out! I have struggled with finding motivation and everyone here has been so kind and welcoming. I also have struggled with body positivity, and it is nice to see people of all ages and body types coming here - showing that Orange Theory really is for everyone. All the trainers I have had are especially awesome, with a shout out to Travis, Danielle and Lana who I have gotten to know the most. But they are all magnificent and I would definitely recommend Orange Theory to everyone. I look forward to getting stronger and seeing where I am a year from now :D

The trainers are great! I took majority of my classes with Ryan, he was super motivating and accommodating to my knee restrictions while still making it an intense workout. The workouts aren’t overly complicated and articulated well. The front counter delivers warm greets and the trainers take notice of you (whether it’s a goal mark or your 1st time visiting the studio). Therefore creating a more personable experience, even if it’s just an “in town” visit. I wished I still lived close to that studio to continue going.

I was searching for a new workout routine when I found OTF. The environment is positive and friendly. I look forward to my workouts and think Danielle K is the best trainer I have ever worked with. All the coaches, staff, and members are great to be around. The workout is always different and challenging, burning a lot of calories.
