Danielle, one of the coaches, is amazing! She’s clear about explaining the workout, pays individual attention to everyone in the class and meets each person at their level. My friends and I go out of our way to take her classes. Orangetheory is a great workout but without a good coach, you can end up feeling lost.

I wish I had known about Orangetheory sooner! I like all of the instructors but Danielle is my absolute favorite—I like her so much I attend her 6 am classes. Danielle really pays attention to everyone in class and helps with form. And she’s amazing at knowing when you need that extra push! HIGHLY recommend her.

This is a one hour circuit training. Not for couch potatoes. The coaches motivate you, the employees are super friendly - kinda like a family. I feel lucky to have found this place. Well worth the $$ if you stick to it. I have noticed a big difference in muscle tone.

Love OTF Mission Valley! OTF is an amazing workout with coaches that not only guide you but cheer you on as you begin to accomplish your fitness goals! The front desk staff is friendly and the clients are awesome! It’s a community which makes working out that more fun! Go once and you’ll see how OTF can change your fitness life and start shaping your fitness goals!

The trainers are amazing and always personable! The staff is at the same level and the members definitely provide that “family/community” atmosphere. This is the only location I go to but I’m not saying no to visiting other ones! But OTF-MV is definitely my home-base! Plus it’s only minutes away from my work.

This is hands down the best gym I have ever been to. The entire staff makes you feel welcomed and part of the "fitfam." The coaches at this gym are super motivating and truly care about helping you push yourself. My results say it all: I can jog for the first time ever, have lost over 25 lbs in 6 months, gained muscle, and best of all I look forward to coming to class week after week!

I love OTF! The workouts are tough, effective and fun, and the trainers are so motivating! Best indoor workout ever. I joined in June 2016, when the Hazard Center location first opened, and have been going there consistently for a year. Without really trying I've lost 15 lbs. Also have increased my cardio endurance, which helps a lot with my outdoor workout of choice, hiking/mountain climbing.

Danielle and Ryan are the best instructors at this facility by far. I have been a member for about a year now, and always appreciate the clean facility, friendly front desk staff, and well-maintained equipment (despite the high-volume of members).Danielle has a great energy for all of her classes, and offers just the right amount of praise and motivation in a genuine and positive way. She is specific in all of her feedback, frequently making suggestions and accommodations for every type of athlete in the class (easier/more difficult options and modifications for injury). I have seen her manage large classes with ease, and I appreciate that in every workout, she always offers specific goals for each athlete to hit (whether it is how many meters to row for a timeframe, how many sets or reps to hit on the floor, or what speed to increase on the treadmill).Ryan is another positive and fun coach at OTF Mission Valley, who offers just the right amount of motivation and energy in the early morning hours. I love his music selection and the passion he exudes for his role as a coach.Keep up the great work!

If you're trying to get a good workout, I highly recommend Orangetheory fitness. The family atmosphere helps keep people like me (who need accountability and a positive, motivating workout environment) coming back for more.I workout harder here than if I were in the gym by myself. Unlike typical workout class stereotypes, there aren't trendy matching workout outfits and people not sweating -- everyone works HARD & you will DEFINITELY sweat. The staff and coaches are amazing. Carlos & Danni at the front desk are AMAZING and I always burn the most calories with Coach Danielle.Give it a try, you won't regret it...and your first two sessions are free!

Love this place! If you like the motivation of a workout partner this is the place for you! Everyone makes you feel like family and keeps you accountable (which I love, Thanks!). Coach Danielle is so personable and loves to point out when you PR :) The only slight negative is the price but in my opinion it's totally worth every penny.
