I'm so happy with this gym, the teachers and the owner are amazing, I got classes for my daughter and my self and I was very pleased, the teachers were very patient with my daughter. The atmosphere is very welcoming.

Great boxing, muay thai program especially for kids! Been coming here for a year and highly recommend it. The weekend kids may program is also very good way to get some wrestling, BJJ training.

My daughter stated going here about 7 months ago, she dint have much of a passion for anything, so we decided to give box a try, she was nervous at first but she got the hang of it. Now she gets her stuff ready for practice a day before. She finds it therapeutic and challenging, especially when she has a bad day at school, this is a healthy way to let out her anger and stress.She has picked up healthier eating habits as well. The coaches and the staff are amazing, they show so much passion in what they do. The staff is always helpful and the facility itself is well equipped and clean. It is very affordable for everything that you get in return.

Being a part of the City Heights community is very important to the owners of this gym and supporting this neighborhood. They express that by have two GREAT murals on the building. "I Am Possible" is a message that all can embrace, and the Tony Gwen mural on the back of the building is one of San Diego's most loved sports figures.

Best gym in all of San Diego they got very technical coaches as well as workouts for everyday people. Super friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.
