I’ve been training clients here for about 18 months and love the space. I have everything I need here. There is a policy to limit the number of people to 6. Even with 6, there is space and enough equipment to go around. If you’re looking for a warm, friendly personal vibe, then you’ve found the right spot!

Eden Fitness Studio is an oasis in San Francisco. I love the Zen environment including many plants and a bamboo sink in the changing area. Just walking into the gym motivates me to work out. It is very well organized and CLEAN. The owner, Tammy, knows just what it takes to make this female-focused gym comfortable and energizing.

Tammy is worm and pushes you in the right way to get stronger and stay healthy. The space is welcoming and plesant. All the equpment is well mantained and clean. In a bussy city its a place to take a breath.
