The gym itself was great, but I had a lot of problems with them not following the billing agreement. I experienced exceptionally poor customer service by management when I went to talk to them about the Discrepancy, so I canceled my membership after 3 months, I ended up paying about $90 a month, and even though I had paid for first and last when I signed up, when I canceled my membership they stole my last month dues. Really unhappy about my experience here, and as they have not made it right, I will continue to post share my bad experience with others via this type of forum as well as with anyone whom I talk to about this gym.

Getting charged late, and overdue fees even though they have my banking information. For some reason they keep waiting two months, and THEN charging the two months, PLUS a late fee! How can I possibly be late on a payment that can simply be automatically charged to my account? They’re definitely taking the money from the bank so it doesn’t make sense. Called to complain, obviously, not helpful. Said they didn’t have my banking information so they couldn’t charge me. How????? You clearly can charge me!Whoever they’re hiring to bill people are doing a great job at stealing money. I like this gym but if they can’t function properly no one is going to show up anymore.

My go-to gym. Friendly staff and a good set of equipments available. Sometimes quite crowded during workday nights. They offer a 10-day free trial. Worth trying out if you are in the neighborhood!

I've been a loyal member of this gym for the last 4 years and have encouraged many others to become members, but over the last year this place has really gone downhill.First of all, they charge a yearly improvement fee and there has not been a single new piece of equipment since enrolled. For two years the cable ropes were threadbare and they only finally just replaced them. I have a membership at another gym closer to home and they've gotten 4-5 new pieces of equipment in the last two years and their monthly rates are 10 bucks less a month.Over the last few months, many important machines (leg extension, smith machine, cable machines) have been out of order for weeks. Don't count on the bathrooms to be accessible either. There are horrendous plumbing issues that have causes bathrooms to be out of order for days at a time, while they don't provide alternative restroom options (which I think is illegal). The bathroom issue might be beyond 49ers and more of an issue for the building owners, but it's unacceptable.Vibe wise, it's definitely more of an influencer gym right now no matter what time of day you're there. Expect someone to be filming while you're there. Some people are respectful of those around them, but others do not care if you're in their videos. 49ers need to adopt filming policies like other gyms to protect their members from ending up on someone's social media page without their consent.I've brought all of these issues to the attention of management and get the "I hear you" sentiment but it falls on deaf ears. Perhaps management is hamstrung by the corporation that owns they gym, but this place doesn't seem to care about their membership population. It pains me to do this, but I think I'II be canceling my membership and moving to another gym.

It’s an ok gym, the biggest downside is the Wifi is basically nonexistent and the place is a deadzone for 4/5G so get used to working out in silence. The gym bro crowd is pretty chill though. Amenities come and go though.

I am very happy with my new place to workout. The machines are great it needs a bit of tlc since it looks like it has never been cleaned before, but they are of good quality. No big crowds and honestly it is an expensive place to sign up for workout but it is worth it because it is nice and most people are minding their own business.

While this gym has a lot of versatile and excellent gym equipment, I'm concerned about the sewage water coming out of various drains in the women's restroom. This foul-smelling water with debris floating in it was coming out out of various drains in the locker room, including around the sink and in the (what is supposed to be dry) changing area.As someone who works in healthcare, I feel 100% confident in identifying the smell of feces coming from this water. While I feel okay using the equipment upstairs, I will be avoiding the downstairs bathroom and steam room facilities until this plumbing issue is fixed. 🤢

Easily the best fitness facility in the area - As evidenced by the fact that many of their coaches left other well known gyms to work here. The cleanliness is amazing - so many other gyms fall off quick and become a dirty mess, the staff at 9ers do a great job keeping everything tip top and making their customers feel valued and safe. All the coaches here are great, but if you really want to step your game up, talk to Clarissa or Andres - They will get you where you need to be!

This place is awesome!! I came to visit the Kickoff event for the 2022 Season and was greeted by some great people at the desk. I wasn’t hassled to join the gym, but was shown the direction toward Legendary 49ers wide receiver #82 John Taylor, who was such a nice guy by the way.I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. So thank you to the staff at 49ers Fit for that!I would definitely recommend this gym to any 49er Faithful! Let’s GOOOO Niners!!!! ❤️💛❤️💛

New! Gym! in the west Gate mall. full of brand new shiny equipment. This place is absolutely amazing!2 floors with lots of room filled with new cutting edge fitness machines. 5 large and comfortable free weight squat machines. With sounds observing floor, so you can pretty much drop the weight bar without worrying about shaking the entire building. Much more equipment then any other gym around. Must check out!!Entrance from the wall Mart side on a Hamilton
