They refused to accept our daughter at the Kid’s Club because their staff was leaving 30 minutes earlier than posted. Highly unprofessional.

1/4 of their equipment is out of order, wifi doesnt work, poor cell service inside, place is always packed, so the best time to workout is at night... oh wait theyre closed 11-6! Go to citysport or planet fitness

This place was packed at 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon. People were actually waiting for turns. Mens locker room was dirty. Lockers were old. Showers are dirty.

Typically 24 but this location STAY crowded 24/7, it may sound strange but it's also way too much equipment to the Point where there's literally no floor room to do ground workouts when the room is taken by the classes. Very annoying, I'm cancelling my membership since they closed the smaller one near my home in Hayward(on Jackson) as of today

I have been going to this gym since the first of January 2020. I like the mellow quality of this gym. You come in and have your fingerprint scan, then your in. I also have 24 hours app so you can track your progress. I have already lost some weight. This gym has a pool, sauna, whirl pool. The gym is clean. I like this gym, and it is close to where I work.

They didn't open till 6AM -- not exactly "24Hours". Here they are opening the door at 6. Plenty more people waiting in their cars.
