The best 24 Hour Fitness SuperSport in Southbay/ Peninsula. The pool and spa are sparkling clean. Steam room produces good about of steam. I have never seen swim suit water extractor brokenStaff is polite. Licker rooms are well taken care off. This place is a joy to visit.

The staff come off as disgruntled, disagreeable, unable to multi task, and aren't very attentive. The equipment is sprawled out across the gym, not put away, and the bathroom supplies go unreplenished. This gym is cheap but there are better gyms in the area.

Wednesday is the best day to be there. Nikki, and Angie’s classes are on point! But they start too late... Sauna is roasting hot, pool is nice and cold. There is ~NO~ WIFI at this gym. I wonder why. Also the parking spaces, on the west side are extremely small. Unless you have a Toyota Prius or Honda FIT. Standard plain Jane style...

Arrived this morning Tuesday, 10/22/19 @ 9am. Two out of three toilet stalls no toilet paper. Excess paper strewn around, a disgusting mess. Line for shower after workout. Three of the showers not functional. What a disgrace this place is. Should be zero stars, but not allowed. Art Vasquez

This has never been the cleanest or the most organized gym (some may call it dirty and stinky). But it worked. However, they are going to take away the towel service. I have been a member here for 8 years, this it it for me. I canceled my membership.

Place location is an easy walk from my place, while in San Mateo, and like the parking, most places in San Francisco don't have parking, and or you have to pay for it. Others don't supply towels, and no hot water in showers. This place is kept clean & organized. But could use more of different types of workout/exercise machines.

You cannot play basketball if you dont have friends. Pre-made team always takes court. I am waiting 3 hours.

Generally a fine gym, quite dark but has a lot of amenities. The crowd was pretty unfriendly - granted, you'll always have a few of those...They advertise a 3 day trial, which is not a 3 day trial at all. You pay for a membership and have the opportunity to cancel. I also had to wait on the phone for 15 minutes, when I was told in person that I could call / email in (not the case.)

24 hour fitness. Price goes up and quality goes down. Removal of towel service even for supersport members. Why not just create an extra charge for towels instead of pushing away all your dedicated lifetime members?Pay your employees a decent wage so they'll be motivated to work. Keep a watch guard in your locker rooms so that if some filthy idiot decides to be an ape you can LIFETIME BAN THEM so that they're filth stays with them where it belongs. This will ensure no one trashes your gym and no one will steal. I'm sure towel theft had something to play in the decision to remove towel service. You have incompetent upper management who don't know how to run a business. Smart management will always find ways to reduce costs, increase sales and improve quality. These guys do the reverse.

This gym has slowly been declining. Overall cleanliness is disappointing and staff is really not worried about that. My major complaint is the kids club. We pay a monthly premium and there is not enough day care personnel to staff the kids club. Due to that, parents have to pick up their kids to give the day care providers a 15 minute bathroom break and then check the kids back in 15min later. They also close the kids club if the 1 day care provider calls in sick or is unable to come in for some reason, which happens on a regular basis. Gym doesn't refund the kids club membership, nor do they want to make any changes. All parents are equally disappointed with how the kids club is ran, but the management doesn't do anything regarding this matter. If you dont use the kids club, this gym is alright. There's some equipment that is always broken, but you can make do. They run out of towels fairly quickly, so hopefully you bring your own if that's something you need.
