Have really enjoyed all the classes at Barre3 as they seem to cover all the important areas of the body and leave me feeling taller and fitter.

My first time at a Barre3 studio. Excellent instructors and excellent class times. I couldn't recommend more!

I wanted to work on my core to improve my tennis game and mtb balance and this class hits all those areas and more. Really challenging and seeing/feeling the results. My wife convinced me to drink the punch and I am glad I did!! I owe it to her to convince me to do it.

Barre 3 is heaven in my little suburbia town of Danville! ALL of the teachers and staff are super welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I've taken a number of classes taught by Erin and highly recommend her teaching style. I love how Barre 3's classes are both strength building and cardio!

I have really enjoyed my classes at Barre3! The instructors are kind and motivating! I wish the room was a little bigger to accommodate class size but otherwise I really love attending!

Barre 3 is fabulous. I have been doing barre for a year plus and had no idea the classes I was taking were so poor. These women are all incredible instructors and you really work hard. The variety of styles is also challenging which is how you get great results. Don't hesitate to try a class and see for yourself.

I’ve now been going to Barre3 for 4 months and can honestly say I’ve never had a bad class! All the instructors are encouraging and willing to modify movements for anyone/any injury. Every class I’ve taken is quite challenging (but again modifications are available) and works out virtually your whole body, so expect to be sore! Center work is emphasized more so than other barre classes I’ve been to, but each instructor has their own methods! The studio is beautiful and intimate, the staff is friendly, and every person I’ve brought has loved it!

Love the music, love the workouts, great facility! Awesome vibes and challenging workouts that have really changed my body over the last year. Very personable instructors who totally motivate you to do what's best for your body, while challenging yourself, too. It's nice to have cute workout clothes and accessories there to shop for. Love your studio and rave about it! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing mental and emotional uplift and an awesome physical workout!

I love this studio's staff! All of the instructors are so inviting and encouraging; it really makes the workout that much more enjoyable.Barre3 is unique in that it combines yoga, pilates, and ballet into one efficient workout. I love that we're stretching, toning, and working in cardio in our 60 minute classes. I'm also a regular at Pure Barre and Cardio Barre (hi, Classpasser here), but this is a combination of the wide elegant movements of Cardio Barre, the small isometric movements of Pure Barre, and a good mix of yoga and strength training with weights.I highly recommend Barre3 for a good workout, but try to go on weekday evenings as classes do get a bit crowded on weekends. It would be nice if they updated the paint color in the studio to look a bit more modern and the weights on the shelf are a bit of a mess, but nothing too bothersome.
