IronhorsePT is fantastic! I made a lofty goal of running an ultra last year and had never run more than a 10k. I worked with Victoria and did a half marathon to a full marathon and finally an ultra! She has inspired me to continue running and has been a crucial partner in my success! Her tailored guidance to strengthen your primary weaknesses are spot on. Thanks Victoria for not only walking the walk but being a partner in my success! You must go see Victoria and team!

I thought I had a serious condition and had been to multiple doctors and another PT. None of them were able to help me. Victoria correctly diagnosed the problem and gave me specific exercises and recommendations. I was 90% better a month later.

I am so happy that I sought care at Ironhorse PT for my SPD pain postpartum. My SPD pain was affecting my ability to go on 15-minute walks and carrying my 3 little kids. After 4 sessions, the pain is mostly gone. When it does flare-up, I've learned exercises and stretches to help alleviate the pain. Also really like the soft muscle work and cupping done by Dr. Victoria and Dr. Kate.

I’m excited to share my recovery experience with Ironhorse Physical Therapy. In short, if you’re dealing with an injury that’s keeping you from your favorite physical activities, you need to visit Ironhorse!I’m a middle-aged person with an active lifestyle, especially when it comes to sports. Unfortunately, I had a nasty snowboarding accident earlier this year, resulting in a dislocated and fractured shoulder. It was a severe injury that left me frustrated and downhearted during the initial months of physical therapy elsewhere. For a while, I couldn’t do much – even raising my arm was painful and limited. I needed a fresh approach with a different physical therapy team. Coincidentally, I began sessions with Dr. Colin Miller and Dr. Victoria Liu at Ironhorse. They are truly outstanding therapists, and incredibly knowledgeable about injuries and treatments. After several months of working with them, I’ve made a remarkable recovery, around 95% back to normal. Recently, I’ve been able to return to the activities I love. I played tennis with my kids, hit the gym for full sets of push-ups, and even started doing pull-ups. Beyond their expertise, Dr. Colin Miller and Dr. Victoria Liu are exceptionally friendly and genuinely care about your recovery. They aren’t just going through the motions in each session. Thank you so much for all your help Drs. Colin and Victoria!

As a practicing orthopedic surgeon, I have good grasp of my own anatomy/physiology and associated deficits. And as a classic weekend warrior type athlete who turned 50 and still wanting to maintain a certain level of performance in several sports, I definitely needed some help with my chronic lower back issues and generalized stiffness, literally every joint. I just finished a course of 10 sessions over the last few months with Ironhorse PT. Each session included a number of different modalities such Pilates, cupping, manual manipulation and maneuvers sometimes resembling WWE. I walked out each and every session feeling absolutely amazing. Is this what professional athletes get everyday? They have also outlined an appropriate regimen so I can maintain and continue to improve my physical gains. Thanks Victoria, Kate, and Colin. Here is to faster swing speeds, ripping more turns, more PR’s, and refusal to get old.

I first went to Ironhorse in late 2021 after hurting my knee and elbow weight training. Dr Kate provided great care and has helped me improve overall flexibility along with rehabbing the specific injuries. I’ve also seen great strength gains from Shideh’s excellent Pilates classes. I’m appreciative of the whole team at ironhorse as they’ve helped me achieve my fitness and overall health goals while preventing additional injuries.

I was training for the New York City, Marathon, at week 12 out of 16 I hurt my hip on a long run. I was very frustrated as the next day I was limping and could barely walk let alone run. I reached out to Ironhorse physical therapy to hopefully help with my hip pain and be able to do the New York City Marathon. I had a consultation with Victoria who is very encouraging that they could help . I then had a appointment with Dr. Tina. She was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and went through a bunch of exercises with me. I was able to start running agian several days later . I able to complete my training and over the weekend I finished the NYC marathon . Thanks again !!

I have been a patient at IronHorse PT since early July and continue to be very impressed as I work my way back to better health. Kate always listens carefully to my concerns, asks very pointed questions, evaluates where I’m at and adds appropriate exercises. Each appointment is different and challenging. I’m now enrolled in a Pilates Class with Victoria, who is very observant of each of her students and caters to all our needs, despite the fact that our problems are different. Victoria’s wealth of information is amazing, she has a deep understanding of PT and Pilates, which has been such a benefit for me as well as all her patients. Shazia performs quite a juggling act getting all of us scheduled and reminded of our next appointment. Working with this group of Professionals has given me the confidence needed that I’m on the path to a healthy recovery. I know I’m in very good hands.
