Fitness 19

This is the NICEST gym in the area of all the fitness 19 gyms. It's usually very busy but everyone is pretty good about not "camping" on the equipment. Atmosphere is decent...music is meh..I usually have my earphones on and bumpin' my own tunes per my personal vibin' pref....desk staff is usually friendly and helpful...some not as attentive and have a complex fight within 😂 bathrooms are fairly clean but could stand to be visited and cleaned more often due to the high traffic. Equipment doesn't see much down time and most ppl are pretty good Abt wiping it when finished...staff could also wipe it more often but that's a minimal complaint. I enjoy my time spent here and easily avg between 1 1/2-2 hours and hating life when I leave 😂😂💪🏼🦵🏻🥵 but that's the point right? Well it should be! I also don't see any females with their phones out making YouTube or tik toks so thats a plus.....but u still got some of "those" types here as well. And no I won't post photos...it's important to go check it out in person if ur interested in a membership...equipment is nice tho or I would not have signed up💯

Where do I begin with this review. This gym is extremely crowded all the time, if you buy a membership to go after your 9-5 job, get ready for everything past 5:30 to be crowded. Actually, forget 5:30, this place is unbelievably crowded every second! It takes the average person 30 minutes to get on the bench, on a Tuesday. Who does chest/bench on Tuesdays?! Anyway don't go here because I want it to be less crowded

QUIT GIVING THE EARLY CLASSES ALL OF THE TOWELS!! You're giving out up to 3 per person. Only one towel per person please so that people that come in at 9am can have ONE available to use and not sweat all over the stationary bike.

You guy do not deserve any stars. I and my family members they all ben there and the are also not happy.Customer service = 0Charge= fitness 19 will robb your bank, and they already robbed my bank account 😤.Management =0 Joe the manager, he has no temperament.If Charge 20 dollars a month dose not mean to treat their clients like garbeg and robb their bank.

Machines work, minor repairs needed. The facility is pretty gross though, machines don’t get wiped down between workouts or even in general (sweat drops remain for a week), locker room is pretty gross as well (food crushed into carpet, no toilet paper etc). But it’s what you paid for - bare minimum. It works no frills

It's a good club for a work out. The equipment is good, the staff is friendly and the subscription price is competitive, !!BUT!! the men locker room and mostly showers could use a serious scrub.Clean and well maintained locker rooms and showers make such a difference to the overall feel of an establishment.

While the quality of the gym itself is okay for a small gym, the service and customer focus is absolutely horrible. My teenage son had a membership for a year and was looking to cancel and it took him 3 months to do so and was charged the entire time. Front desk personnel were mostly impolite and were not looking to resolve the matter. They refuse to consider any refund for those 3 months it took to cancel and he didn't go to the gym once during that time.) He had to make 4 visits and multiple phone calls... with most of the responses being, "Well, the manager isn't here so you will need to come by later.".There were other reviews stating the same thing about the difficulty in cancelling but unfortunately we didn't heed the warning.TO THE RICH L. & DANIEL M, you can message me or on this post and let me know how you'd like to clear up matters and provide my son the refund he deserves. Fitness 19 has done an overall good job at maintaining a good gym environment. The staff does a very good job at their jobs and making sure that people put on their masks. The gym equipment is in good condition and there’s nothing wrong with it. I can’t see a reason to give this gym anything below five stars.

I specifically enjoy coming to this Fitness 19 gym! The front desk crew is super friendly. I come first thing in the morning and the crew has great energy! You need that when you’re working out 6 am! Overall, the gym seems clean and I like the layout.

I've been going to this gym for 2 months now. The gym is well populated with great weight machines, treadmills, step machines and free weights. All the equipment is new, clean and in perfect working order. The classes I have attended are well run and challenging. The staff is professional and helpful but not 'in your face' all the time. I've been going to gym's my whole life - I know what I need to do and I don't want to be disturbed. They have not bothered me once since I've been there. They've sent me a couple of emails about working with a trainer - not harassing me, just letting me know its free with the membership. Great place!
