I get a great workout at OT and have stuck with it longer than other gyms!

Did a drop in class and the instructor was great. The speakers in the back kept cutting in and out. At the end of the class, I was really disappointed to find out that they don't provide towels for the showers. At the price point I paid, I expected towel service and towels to shower with. I came all the way from SF to spend the day in Walnut Creek. Luckily, we went for massages at the Olympic Spa and they had showers (and towels!) to use.

Really fun and engaging workouts and super friendly staff. I was impressed at how quickly they learned my name. Way cheaper than getting a personal trainer!

This isn’t my home OTF studio, but I come here on occasion and have to rave about Coach Hunter. She is definitely my favorite coach at any studio that I’ve been to!She is so enthusiastic and motivational. She never makes you feel like you aren’t doing enough, but she’s great at encouraging you and helping you push yourself a little harder than you thought you could go.She is also really good at explaining exercises and makes the format of the class very clear. I never find myself confused about what I should be doing. The front desk staff are fantastic as well! So friendly and again, even though it’s not my home studio, they remember me and are always welcoming. The studio itself is on the smaller side but I don’t see that as a negative. They have new treadmills and rowers. You will most likely have to pay for parking- I recommend the North Locust Garage, $1.25 after a free first hour.

I started Orange Theory in April of this year on the East Coast and relocated to the Bay Area over the Summer. The overall program is dynamite, motivating and it works for me! But this review is aimed at Walnut Creek Studio in-particular. The staff are not only friendly, professional and helpful but know my name and engage in a way that is not overbearing early in the morning, before I've had my coffee or workout. Partially because of the time slot I chose to workout and equally because of her coaching skills, a huge shoutout to Karen... her spirit and energy are unparalleled, her tips and tricks are on point, plus her music is just right. I appreciate this bit of good vibes in the heart of Walnut Creek and the people that make it happen. #rockstars

“Love the workout, love the staff, love the coaches.” This is what I wrote some time ago. Has anything changed? Why yes it has. I am stronger and faster now at 61 than I was at 40. Don’t get me wrong, I am getting older and it takes me longer to get my body moving and even longer to recover but I am still seeing gains and will keep pushing as long as I am able. OTF works for me as it provides a comprehensive program designed to increase my endurance, strength and power.

I was in Walnut Creek to visit family. Even though I have an unlimited membership- when I tried to book a class I was told I had to pay an extra 10 dollars because this is a “select” club. When I showed up the studio is half the size of any Orange Theory I have been too. Additionally, over 5 days this studio didn’t have functioning screens to show your heart rate monitor zones, nor a rower with a heart rate monitor screen. You’ll spend half the class without knowing you’re zone- which is the entire premise of the class. I like orange theory but it’s expensive- so I was surprised to find a studio without working equipment. In my opinion, this studio charges more because they can. This studio offers less services and a smaller studio. It appears to be an opportunity to charge folks who commute to San Fran more. I am grateful I live in area with a fully functional studio and great coaches.

I love the tempo, the energy, the way I'm pushed safely beyond my comfort zone, and the gratification when I accomplish what was previously thought as beyond my capabilities. Great coaching, music, and staff. So much fun!I love OT. It's challenging and gratifying every single time! It's great for ALL levels, the workouts are always different, and I feel/see the progress.

I cannot say enough about Orange Theory of Walnut Creek. The coaches and staff are so friendly and really make you feel a part of the community. Many of the coaches are good about spending time with members who want that one on one accountability, looking to make their form better and/or pushing them past their comfort zone. I have friends whom are a part of other studios in the area and when they tell me about their experiences and I tell them about mine, they are blown away by the community and support that Orange Theory of Walnut Creek provides. I would highly recommend anyone whom is interested in working on bettering not only their fitness but also looking for a supportive community.

Into my second week at Orange Theory and it’s been nothing but wonderful customer service, motivating workouts and friendly/knowledgeable staff.I’ve realized smaller, specialty workouts are my best fit and Orange Theory delivers this. Love that I easily sign up for my class time on their App, show up without having to think about planning my workout. They give you personal training in a group setting, amazing motivation and a 1 hour-full body workout.Great job, Thank you OT Staff
