I have trained in BJJ at Team Santos off and on for 12 years now and would never train full time anywhere else. Jon Santos (owner and head instructor) has taught me discipline in the art of Jiu Jitsu, and life. He not only shows what works in competition, but also real life situations. One of my favorite things about Team Santos Jiu Jitsu is the family atmosphere. I have made many close friends from there and the level of respect shown by everyone there is unmatched. Best BJJ in the Bay Area, no question, and would recommend to anyone and everyone looking to learn martial arts, self defense, or just get in shape!! Thank you Team Santos! Coming from out of town, Team Santos took me in like family. Excellent place to train. I have definitely seen a major improvement in my BJJ game having only spent 6 months there. I would recommend Team Santos to anyone in the East Bay area.

Walked in a small gym when I was 19 years old, tried my first day at jiu jitsu with team Santos almost 5 years later I'm still lucky to be training with them. Now moved into a beautiful extra large gym all to ourselves for 2 years now. Clean facility, good people, good jiu jitsu, and we always have a clean bathroom . We consistently stay on top of keeping the place clean we don't skimp on mopping or disinfecting it will always be taken care of. Come start you're samurai journey !!!

Hands down the best BJJ place in the East Bay, I have made life-time friends here and my 7 year old boy as well. Very family oriented and also great for beginners. Highly recommended.

Team Santos BJJ is old school jiu-jitsu at it’s finest. This is the place to train at if you truly want to learn the art of BJJ. I’ve known Jon for 7 years and he’s the best jiu jitsu coach around. Super friendly gym with no hot heads so anyone can join. There’s also an awesome kids class so that the whole family can train together

The training, the people are all cool the Instructors Jon and Jay Santos push the basics they get results.Alot of people training here have earned gold medals.The school is good at building people up from knowing nothing into solid BJJ /MMA fighters.Very happy training here now for almost 4 years
