After reading more reviews about their lack of maintenance on their equipment, it’s very clear that they don’t care enough to fix it. It’s been months and almost every other treadmill is broken along with multiple other machines on the floor that have been sitting broken for about a month now. You would think with the amount of people paying their monthly membership plus their annual fees, and the amount of new members they’re signing up they would have more than enough money to properly maintain this facility. So I’m not exactly sure why they’re not. If it’s too busy for you guys to fix equipment, then maybe push to open another location to take some of the stress off of this one. It wasn’t always like this, it’s alway sad to see someone run a perfectly functioning location into the ground.

It's a really nice facility. Great gear, pool, cinema walking room, etc. The only reason I dropped two stars is a huge privacy issue. They have giant full-length mirrors between the women's showers and women's lockers. So, of course, all the instagramers feel the need to take selfies in that mirror as you are coming out of the shower. The facility needs to take these down and put them outside the locker rooms.

This location used to be nice. Unfortunately, they don't really maintain their equipment. There are lots of machines that have been broken for weeks. These pictures are of a few of them

It's the best gym I've ever been to. It's always clean and positive. The trainers are super kind and the staff as well. I look forward to going to the gym because I feel welcome and supported

Love this gym, access to classes. The trainer Andy is excellent, his positivity is contagious, and pushes you to do your new best. I have kids, asthma and an injury so while acknowledging this toll on my body he formed a plan specific to me and would absolutely do that for you. He taught me many new exercises and how to use unfamiliar equipment, helping me build confidence to push myself and to use independently as well. 10/10 i recommend this gym and if you want an amazing trainer, Andy's perfect for you.

This is a great gym. The staff are very helpful, the equipment is well-maintained, it's clean, and it's open 24/7. I'm amazed at the quality for the price, to be honest. Thank you Eos

Been coming here for consistently since it opened. I love this place. It's huge and has lots of equipment. The only problem: Everyone else loves it too. It can get pretty busy at peak hours. Still this gym is definitely top five on my list of things I'm grateful for. Their customer service is top notch. Their personal trainers are amazing. "Abs" was awesome to work with. She's super energetic and positive and really knows how to motivate you. Her workouts were awesome! I'll never forget some of them. She also helped me accomplish my goal of running my first half marathon! I loved Jake as well but only worked with him on one occasion. Their personal trainers and eating program "betr health" helped me progress past a plateau and got me in the best shape of my life. I truly look forward to working out now.Finally, Gavin deserves a HUGE shout out! He's one of the managers and he TRULY knows what customer service is about! When I bring concerns to him he fix's the problems ASAP. While I sometimes apologize for the criticism, he welcomes it saying it helps keep them on top of their game. Keep up the good work everyone!

This place is super clean and the staff is super friendly. Jeff was super cool and welcoming. They have everything you need at this location to meet all your fitness goals. Highly recommend this Eos.

Really horrible display of customer service from the team a few weeks ago. My friend and I had signed up for the 7 day free trial and went in to activate it and have a lifting session. Well all was good until I showed them my out of state license. I told them I had proof of address with a utility bill and they did not accept it. And then on top of that, they tried to get me to sign up for a full membership just so I could access the gym and see if I liked it. With how difficult it is to cancel those, there was no way in hell I was about to do that. Instead of keeping around two potential paying customers, they let us walk away and now I will never be back. Don’t advertise for a free trial if you can’t honor it. And don’t tell me it’s your “policy,” rules were meant to be broken, especially when you could acquire two new customers.

The gym equipments are good. Maintenance is also good.But....When you buy a membership with them they will trick you into signing personal training too.This happened with me. Later, I went to cancel my personal training but they fined me 100 dollars for cancellation.The front desk is rude. I was asked to come back twice to cancel this membership.
