So many machines out of order. Asked for a manager to explain and the smug guy at the front desk, without even looking at me and acted like I was a homeless guy begging for change, said he was the guy in charge but didn't really work there.

AC in the has been broken for over a week and they apparently have no plans to fix it.... Seriously I'll just go back to Vasa if this is how EOS operates. No resolution was offered. Do I get a refund if the facility is unusable due to heat? 🙄 Ridiculous …
