Out of all of the EOS locations in SLC county, this one is my go to. The gym is always cleans and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Lamar, who usually at the front desk, always is willing to provide me more information and made sure to grab a coworker to answer any of my questions he wasn’t sure of!

Been coming here since the gym opened. I love it. I love that it has 10 squat racks/deadlift platforms. It's hard to believe I used to make due at a gym that only had 2. The staff is awesome. Lamar and Rita are awesome to see when you walk through the door and make me feel welcome. When there's something wrong with equipment, Gavin is great at getting them handled in a timely fashion. The coaches are awesome too. Kayla and Andy are always really friendly and make the whole gym feel like a positive space to kick some butt 🙌

Would have been 5 stars except for some issues with the physical facilities. More on that later>Trainers - 5 stars, four different trainers in the past 20 months. They have been focused, listened and adapted to my special needs with issue specific training. $$ well spent.5 stars - Gym manager: Gavin, has responded in a timely manner when I have had issues about pattern of service, i.e., trainers, and has made adjustments when requested. He is warm, friendly and approachable.I suppose all gyms have quirks and flaws that bug the clienteleHere are mine:1. The gym equipment is slow to be repaired, or missing parts replaced.2. Exercise bands disappear - slow to be replaced and limited in number.3. Soap dispenser not replaced, reported 3 months ago.4. Hot tub and sauna temp fluctuates, not hot enough or too hot.5. General cleanliness of dressing room, shower stalls, toilets and floors could stand to be upped a notch or two.The above concerns do not keep me from using this gym - just minor irritation. I have not taken advantage of the classes offered, my general impression is that they are varied and readily available.Main caveat: Excellent management, trainers and plenty of machines that work as intended, along with a component staff, has made my EOS journey an enjoyable one.

It's okay. Machines are kinda old, some the pads/mats are torn.. a lot of the machines seem to not be for tall people. I was expecting better. I don't know if it's just a salt lake thing .. the gyms out here just seem under par.

Equipment isn't maintained at an acceptable level, typical to see 4/10 machines in total broken.Extremely overcrowded, fine for amateurs but there are much better local gyms available.

This gym has a very positive energy right now and will help you see a new side of fitness. Very versatile trainers who actually care about you and your needs!! I’m a happy camper here

There are several machines with ripped pads that really should be replaced. Like the bicep and oblique machines. Also half the treadmills always seem to be broken and the machines are inferior to the ones at other locations. Really wish you would replace them with Matrix's instead of the current Life Fitness models. And finally please turn up the AC a little in the evenings. The place feels like a swamp and is extremely musty and humid. And half the paper towel dispensers in the gym area are either broken or always out of paper to wipe down equipment.

I’ve been coming to this gym since it opened and it’s gone downhill with the maintenance, and cleaning. Mirrors are always dirty, stair masters and treadmill are always broken. Machines need oil and most get stuck!! It’s always messy and can’t find attachments anymore. What happen EOS!?!? It used to be nice.
