January 2023 update: Despite a resolution with the Better Business Bureau which included a refund of some of the months of EoS membership and cancellation of contract, EoS continues to bill my account. If you search “BBB EoS Complaints” you’ll see that EoS has very shady business/legal practices with their customers over similar issues like contract, delivery of services and more. Their current rating is a B+ which is not great in terms of the Better Business Bureau.Previous review: everything is constantly broken. Right now 2/3 urinals in the mens room have been broken for a week. 1/2 of the drinking fountains has been out of order for the same time. The roof still leaks months every after this posting. Avoid.This place used to be a good location, now it is constantly too busy. The parking lot is crowded and then somehow the gym is even more crowded. The equipment is either broken or unavailable because the gym is busy even at 8 or 9 pm. The men’s lockerroom always smells dirty in the bathroom area. The roof always leaks and so there’s a couple of handfuls of buckets scattered around the location. Stick with your current gym membership wherever that is.See below for the response from EoS. They need more details to understand why trying to sign up a bunch more people with free week long passes is frustrating when the gym is already very busy at a non-peak time like 9 p.m. Oblivious and tone deaf.

The gym has a lot of amenities and is open more hours than any other gym in the area. HOWEVER, trying to cancel your membership is a joke. I have been trying to cancel my memberships for two months and I STILL can't get it done. I have gone into the gym twice and told them I needed to cancel my membership. They told me it was done but that I would be charged for one more month. Fine, I said. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do or they needed from me and they said no, it's cancelled. Well, here we are two months later and I'm STILL being charged because the employees didn't DO THEIR JOB. Such a joke. I'm told I need to come in again and talk to a manager during the week. I've already came in twice; if the employees can't do their job correctly or at all then what am I supposed to expect from a manager. Will never use or recommend EoS.

I am ONLY giving a 2 star because their facility is decent. However, I highly recommend NOT going to this big corporate gym. Find a local small business gym instead. Its less of a headache and better to support them than a big company like this. They will fight you to cancel your membership. I am going to have to dispute the charge as they refuse to cancel. Lesson learned. Never again. It's a non contract but they threaten to send you to collections if you cancel. STAY AWAY!

I’ve been a member of a few different gyms. This one I feel like a part of the family. It’s always clean. Staff are always friends and willing to help. Broken equipment gets fixed quicker than anywhere else I’ve been. I love going here!

I’ve tried this location several times and I just can’t get into it.The biggest issue is how crowded it is. I prefer to do my workouts away from other people (at least one or two machines away) and every time I’ve gone there are people on nearly every machine and you’ll end up waiting on the popular ones to open up. Even between 10:00 and midnight.This location is also frat boy central and there’s not much consideration for other people. I have only seen one person clean their machine after finishing up. There are plates all over the place. At least 30% of the machines are down at any given time. There’s so much staring.The staff seems nice enough if that’s important to you.This gym will not get better until there are either more locations or they are in a bigger space. If you’re thinking about switching a membership to this place in the Murray area, don’t. I’m not crazy about Vasa or Planet Fitness, but they’re both leaps and bounds ahead of this spot.

(update 4/22) Becoming less and less impressed with this gym. The cleaning guy is in here with a leaf blower blowing dust in everyone's faces WTH EOS???(6/21) I signed up for this gym a few months before they open. I'm impressed with the communication and staff. They are down to earth and not pushy like other gyms. The gym it's self is loaded with equipment for all styles of fitness.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms and this one has been very welcoming and encouraging. It’s 24 hours and the equipment is nice and well kept. I met with Johnny who helped me sign up for a membership, then I met with Hunter who helped me sign up for personal training. He explained a lot of things to me and his energy shows his passion for fitness and helping others. Luke was extremely friendly welcoming everyone to the gym. Highly recommend to go here! I’m excited I switched gyms!

Great for a commercial gym. Much quicker than vasa at repairs on equipment.Got a double rainbow after my 465 box squat. What's not to love.

Love it here!! Hadn’t gone to a gym in almost 5 years and I feel so comfortable here. It’s spacious, rarely if ever have to wait for a machine to be open since they have multiples. The Kids Club IS THE BEST! My little 3 year old absolutely loves it there and I know he is in such good hands when dropping him off. If it weren’t for the Kids Club I wouldn’t be able to workout, so I’m super grateful for them. 🤍

A very large selection of equipment. Nice swimming pool. Sauna is large. Remember to take your small towels to workout with. Nice modern equipment.
