EōS Fitness in Murray, UT, offers a range of equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. The 24/7 access is a big plus for those with varying schedules. However, recent reviews indicate issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and overcrowding. Edit: After leaving my review I was contacted by Collin to resolve this issue, once I explained what the issue was (even though it's clear on here) he stopped responding. Just shows how right I am in their terrible business practices! Seriously avoid this place, there are way better places for less money and less hassle. Before this gym opened, my husband and I went to see what kind of deals they had. Well, we walked out of the sales pitch with what we thought were coupons for a free trial and 1 membership. The coupons were actually other memberships that we were being charged for every month without knowing. When we realized this we went in to cancel all memberships. Well just like all the reviews say, they claim you have to pay another month and it will then cancel, well it's now been a year and we were charged not only the monthly fee, which is double what we were told it would be, but we've also been charged what I can only guess is the yearly renewal, which we also weren't told about. This company has taken thousands of dollars of our money and we've never even been farther than the desk. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GYM. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BBB.

You cannot trust this company or the reviews on here, someone wrote a review under my google account I guess after I had clocked out. The previous review from this account was about a worker named “Ava”? I never even met an Ava so I guess she must’ve worked a later shift than me. Also there were many occasions where the manager chayce would bribe people to write a good review about her… she has to buy good reviews… there’s even a good review about her written by her family (same last name haha, pathetic.), another was written by some guy she bribed with a free gym pass for a couple weeks and in exchange he write a good review about her…Weird. anyways I can attest to all the negative comments about people getting ripped off by the company. Bad company. Horrible, fake management. Awful gym.

Just became a member 72 hours ago and had a chance to visit the Murray location for the first time. When I arrived Thomas the GM was beyond welcoming and helpful in getting us acclimated to the new club. I wish I could give 10 stars purely based on my experience with Thomas. Thanks for hiring an amazing staff EOS

I had respect for this institution until I found out how they treat people when they cancel their membership . Well whatever you do don't cancel your membership, my uncle cancelled his membership and their corporate calls my uncle several times a week. The funny thing is it says potential spam when they call. Talk about being hard up for money. I think I'll stay at planet fitness where I can cancel anytime without being harassed.

I really do not like this gym. I signed up with the black membership, and when talking to the sales guy, I was making sure that $26.99 was all I would have to pay, of course he said yes, but a week or two later I get charged $82.71, which I had no idea what was for. I call and ask they say it’s for the annual fee. Which I was never told I would have to pay that. If he would’ve told me I still would’ve signed up. But it’s the fact that I asked about all their payments they charge, because I keep track of that, and he did not mention that at all. I asked to speak to the manager and they were “busy”. Called back literally 3 more times on other days, manager was still always in a “meeting”. Now I check again to see my transactions from them, and they are charging me $29 now! And of course no manager available, and the girl at the desk tells me it’s always been that amount for my membership, which may be true, but I KNOW it’s not what they told me. The sales people are liars, so don’t believe what they are trying to sell to you. This gym is a scam, they don’t care about you. Their gym is literally falling apart. All they care about is taking your money.

For the most part I have a good experience working out. But many of the staff members are extremely rude. I am greatly considering changing gyms. Honestly disappointed.I changed my rating, specifically because of the manager Mani. She was so fantastic helping me out.

The machines are top notch. They count your rest times, which is nice as I hate using my phone at the gym. I love basketball and while they have a court, it's a mini half court that isn't air conditioned. If you are playing any games, you will get VERY hot. In addition there is a turf field in the middle of the gym, which splits the free weights and the machines in two. Can make for awkward lifting sessions since you have to walk across the gym to use machines then back to use free weights. Not awful, just choppy.

One of the worst, most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. Back in August I reached out online that I was interested in joining. I never signed up for a 7-day trial at that time because I was thinking of just doing a walk through. I ended up getting hurt so I never went in for the walk through.Fast forward to today. I’m finally able to workout again so I decided to give Eos a chance. I signed up for the 7-day trial but when I showed up I was told by the front desk person that I have already used my 7-day pass back in August and the only way I could workout today is to buy a membership. A membership to a gym I’ve never even walked inside of.There was no offer to see if they could verify what I was saying or to get a manager involved. I told the guy this is crazy and that I will gladly take my business elsewhere and he said “okay sounds good”.So that’s what I will be doing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It’s probably a great gym for those who are SUPER committed to working out every week. I was just unsatisfied with the frequency of classes and how much you have to pay for your membership. You may get your first month for basically free but be well aware you will be paying the yearly fee (that you can not get out of) and the full month for month 2. Overall the gym was clean and nice- I just wish I didn’t fork over so much money when I was just trying to figure out if I even liked it or not. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
