EōS Fitness in Murray, UT, offers a range of equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. The 24/7 access is a big plus for those with varying schedules. However, recent reviews indicate issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and overcrowding. • Friendly and welcoming staff.
  • Affordable membership.
  • Heated pool and sauna available.
  • Offers a variety of classes.

  • Convenient and easy payment system.
  • Kids club available.
  • Motivating environment for workouts.

Cons:

  • Many equipment and facilities are broken and not fixed timely.
  • Overcrowded, especially during peak hours.
  • Poor customer service and maintenance.

Home of the $20 free trial and getting sent to collections after cancelling membership. Avoid EOS fitness for their shady membership policy! The gym was ok. They had lots of equipment, although it was very crowded. I signed up for a membership, but decided I wasn't into it due to the crowding and the somewhat long drive. Cancelled my membership (In writing) after the one week "free" trial that I paid $20 for.6 months later I'm dealing with collections because EOS fitness wanted me to pay 2 months membership and their annual fee.If you plan on keeping your membership and going there forever, it's a mediocre gym, whatever. Gets the job done. But there is no free trial.

Helped out by the awesome staff at EOS today. I believe their names were Chayce and Niko! Very accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable about the gym. The gym was very well equipped, clean, and BIG. A lot to do and didn’t want to leave. Will be coming back to this gym

If I could give Zero I would, do not do personal training at Eos fitness, or monthly gym subscription, they charge your account every week even if you don't have money in your account, so then it makes your account go in the negative, I canceled my subscription and personal training months ago and I am still getting charged, My account is in the negative and they keep charging, none of the employees help, you have to go in to get anything done. When you validate your frustration they are rude to you. Chase the operations manger was rude and inconsiderate about solving this issue, honestly might sue Eos fitness for all the financial struggle they are putting me in. The last time I ever use EOS Fitness. DO NOT get a gym membership or anything else at Eos fitness. You would think they would be more considerate about helping people.

Super nice gym, pretty friendly staff, apparently you’re not allowed to use the aerobics room though? So that kinda ruined it for me. I mean, it’s a gym and you’re not allowed to use the aerobics room.

Love the 24h access. Great heated pool and great sauna. Staff is always welcoming you and very helpful. I recommend getting a monthly pass. Totally worth it!!

*HEADS UP* when EOS says they are only charging you 9.99 a month that isn't exactly correct. They have a $50 dollar sign up fee, and then another $50 annual fee. So just to sign up at EOS its $100 dollars upfront. I thought I only had to pay a $50 dollar sign up fee but couple weeks later got hit with an additional 50$ fee. I am sure people don't care about the fees they just want to work out but I want to let whoever cares about the "hidden fees" know that they are paying more then just 9.99 a month.

I canceled the membership before anything started and now today they still took $97.71 out of my account and this was not authorized and once again been canceled. I never did the 7 day trail or joined the membership at all. This is fraud and they both the manager promised me and my spouse that they cancelled this and it was never suppose to charge me . Only the $1 I paid . I didn’t feel comfortable signing up at all to the gym because it was more forced and pressured to sign us both up but we called and let them know that we do not want to join this GYM only VASA .. which is the reason why I did not want to join this over crowded gym . Also contacting BBB because of this unauthorized charge and the situation.

I’m giving two stars because I really do enjoy the gym facilites, but EOS’s sales tactics are pushy and shady. I’d give zero stars if I didn’t actually go to and like the gym itself. But, If you want to go to this gym, be prepared to stand your ground and be pretty much rude back to the salesman, as they will say anything possible to make their sale. I’d recommend just going somewhere else if you just want to work out and not be talked over for fifteen minutes by them.

Coming from California, I find the pricing extremely affordable given the amount of equipment and overall quality of the gym itself. Most of the time whatever workout I’m trying to do I find the equipment is available and the staff do pretty good job maintaining overall cleanliness as well as friendly and not pushy sales types.

A newer gym with nicer equipment and I’d still take an older, less nice vasa over it😬 My husband had started a trial pass and had great things to say so I decided to sign up for a trial, fully anticipating to switch over based on what he was saying. Went through the process to get a week trial pass, had it all on my phone ready to go, but when we got there, they said I couldn't go in? I spent about 15 minutes going back and forth with the three different employees trying to resolve the situation with no explanation of why my trial pass wouldn't let me in. If you're not going to let people with a trial pass in, don't offer a trial pass😂 Finally a manager came and said I could go in if I came to talk to him at his desk after my workout. I understand that’s their tactic to sell more memberships but if you want to get people to sign up, again, don't make it such a hassle to get it💀 You can look past the leaks in the ceiling as the equipment is nice, it’s a great layout, and there’s an amazing sauna. But man, the employees and customer service was rough. Needless to say, I did not make the switch😅
