EōS Fitness in Murray, UT, offers a range of equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. The 24/7 access is a big plus for those with varying schedules. However, recent reviews indicate issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and overcrowding. • Heated pool and sauna available.

EOS, in my opinion... out of all the gyms in the area... offer the most amenities, the cleanest and we'll maintained facilities, the best music and membership at a fair price. I've met some extraordinary people there. The Roy location is my favorite.

Run away, far away and you'll get a better workout. This club is way overcrowded rude unhelpful staff. Other members are terrible, nobody wipes down equipment, assuming you can get to anything as its overcrowded. Too many bullies pushing their weight around. too many who think its ok to use multiple machines and equipment at the same time. Management doesn't care.

So I signed up in mid April and also signed up for a trainer and was super excited to learn everything and get in shape. In the 7 weeks I have been there my trainer canceled on me 6 times. The 6th was to be the last. I asked to speak to the manager to tell him why I was canceling in hopes they would care about people and their experience but he was too busy and just had someone else help me. The girl that helped me after I told her I’m tired of the cancellation and I felt like they didn’t care because my time wasn’t important but my money to them sure was. She did offer to put me with another trainer but I declined. I felt like they could have at least compensated in some way due to they expect me to pay per my contract but if my trainer doesn’t show up or let me know it’s ok but I still have to pay them because it’s policy. They just canceled and said I have to pay 2 more times even though I didn’t get the last training session I paid for even though it was there people who were flakes. I’m glad I canceled I felt like I was just a number for money. I won’t make that same mistake but hopefully they will take in to consideration people and all the money they put in just to get absolutely nothing in return. Save your money and go somewhere else.

For anyone thinking about getting personal training sessions, here is what THEY DID NOT TELL ME. It’s a contract for 6 months if you freeze it you’ll still be charged because it takes two weeks to freeze. It’s a $100 charge to cancel before your 6 months. And even when you cancel it takes 30 days and they will still CHARGE you TWO more times in the 30 day time frame. So be careful cause I was told I can cancel anytime hassle free when I signed up. Yea right and I don’t have the money to cancel nor to be charged two more times so I’m kinda fkd.

The gym itself is great. All too often though it is packed with people so it is hard to get a workout in when every machine is being taken. When I change in the ladies locker room there are way to many gals Taking pics of themselves and not regarding the background. I resolved to changing in the shower instead of the locker are so I don't end up on the internet in the wrong way. Also women need to stop commenting on other people's bodies while they are changing. We all will age and making fun of old people or people you don't deam attractive while they are changing is unacceptable.

Don't do it! Do NOT sign up with this gym. Not only did my trainer cancel frequently because of personal issues, when I needed to cancel my membership I got the runaround. It has been six weeks now and they will not respond to me. The agreement I signed said to cancel through customer service and when I sent the email they automatically responded and said I need to cancel with the local gym I signed up with. After more than a month of emails back and forth with Michael Melendez he finally canceled my training and refunded the payments that had been charged to my credit card. But he didn't cancel the membership so I am still being charged. He stopped responding to emails so I started to email the General Manager, Christopher Mason, and he won't respond either. This kind of treatment is what makes people not want to join a gym. Even leaving this review is pointless, I can see from the other bad google reviews they just post their standard response...."We're sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience......" I don't really care if they respond at all to this review, it's obviously not going to change the way this company does business.

Used to like EOS. The location in West Jordan wasn't bad, but this one has its issues. Staff are not as friendly and polite as the West Jordan location. In fact, I had issues with staff trying to start issues with me because they assumed I was doing something which wasn't the case. Machines that broke would never get fixed. I mean one of the leg machines is the only one of its kind there and it never got fixed. Months went by and I really wanted to use that machine. Showers would be broken and never fixed. I switched to a different gym and it is a lot better. Nothing is ever broken, and the people there are really nice.Oh yeah, also! If you are going to cancel, you have to cancel OVER a month in advance because they like to take your money. I canceled a month in advance, and they still charged me because they say it's in the long contract that no one reads. Shows how scummy they are. Never had that issue. It was always 15 days advance at other gyms.

When I joined it was a 5 star gym, but now it really is an average commercial gym at best.At first, staff was really kind and amenities and machines were in great condition. With such an influx of people coming in, it can get crazy full and get in the way of working out.Machines are falling into disrepair with cracks showing and I’ll see some of the same machines with repair signs every few days.Staff is alright, kinda hit-or-miss, but more and more I’ve seen groups hanging out up front, just chatting away.It is very nice that theyre open 24 hours but theyre getting busy round the clock.Edit: I’ve adjusted to 4 stars, I’ve noticed they’ve been more vigilant about the complaints I’ve had. Still fairly busy but the effort shows.

Honestly, this gym left me a lot to talk about, I considered it a good gym but I had a bad experience. The same employees steal your things and the same employees do not solve anything for you. I left my things in my locker and they broke the lock and I called to the police and that's when they reacted

Wow, I’m very grateful and appreciative! A very special thank you, thank you, thank you to Matt Maestas for your exceptional, kind and caring customer service. David Roberts is an awesome and skilled personal trainer for my son, highly recommended! Hunter was great to work with as well. Thank you kindly for all you do!
