It is challenging, but I can go at my own pace. There is always someone there to challenge me, whether it is a coach or another client. I don't have to think about "what should I do at the gym today?" You guys give a systematic plan that keeps challenging me no matter what! I love my OTFCwoodHood Family!

My visit to Cottonwood Heights was fantastic. I love the layout of the facility, probably my favorite in Utah. Doug was a great trainer, and the energy of the group was awesome. I will definitely come back whenever the opportunity arises!

I love this place. The trainers are so awesome and the workouts are amazing....I have never been to a gym where I actually want to come back. I highly recommend OTF Cottonwood! They have helped changed the way I look and more importantly how I feel about myself! Love, love, love OTF.

I pay $150 per month and can't even get into the class times that work for my schedule. The gym has become over crowded yet they continue to push sales on signing up new customers, which is great, however they don't tell these new people that the likelihood of them getting into a class they want to get into is nearly impossible unless you sign up 3 months in advance. They also over book the class so there are times when you have to fight for a station which is ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, the workouts out great, the trainers are wonderful, but the business model is terrible. If you are over sold you are over sold. Don't convince people they can instantly sign up and be able to choose their classes. It is just not true and is extremely deceiving.

Love, love, love OTF! The workouts are so fun and the trainers mix it up so much that 60 minutes goes by super fast. I highly recommend if you're looking for a change from a traditional gym membership.

I started with Orange Theory before they even opened. While they were building it, they hosted a few classes at a nearby park. I fell in love from the get go. I had been working out with my sister prior, but we were hitting a place where we just didn't know what we should be doing. Orange Theory is like having a trainer, tell you what to do at each minute of your workout, so that you get the maximum results during your hour of class. I love it! I never thought I would love getting up at 5am to go to class, but it gets me going and I am set for the day. Thank you to all the Trainers, Tennille, Natalie, Angie, Doug, David, Sierra, Drew, and the front staff for making this such a great place to workout and make new friends.

I love how it can be as intense as I want it to be. I was able to work out until week 38 of my pregnancy, and the trainers were helpful in helping me find ways to alter the exercises to accommodate my big belly. I also like when the coaches correct my form, as I want to make sure I don't get an injury. I appreciate that classes start on time and end on time. Also, everyone is friendly!

Sarah at the front desk is fantastic. She is helpful and energetic, even at 6:00 in the morning. I love how the workout is structured and you can see exactly where you are at compared with everyone else. This helps me know if I am slacking compared to the group and compared to what heart rate zone I am supposed to be in. I also get post-workout feedback so I can keep track of it later. Great place. Well worth the money.Update: I am 6'4" tall and weighed 213 when I started a month ago. I am down 7 pounds of fat, which is 2.2% down on my body fat percentage. I am really happy with the results and I feel really good.

OT is my happy place. The workouts kick my butt, but are never so difficult that I feel like I can't get through them. There isn't one coach I don't like. My fitness level since I have been going has dramatically increased and I really enjoy being able to monitor myself and setting goals based on my heart rate. I also appreciate that the coaches are super motivating without being too invasive. If I am having an off day and am not giving it my all, they are encouraging, but never make me feel like I can't go at my own pace. If I am going to spend 3-4 hours a week working out, I am so glad I know I am doing a workout that gives me the most bang for my buck. ;) I love everything about OT.
