I like the supportive atmosphere, the lighting, the temperature, the variety -- this was the first time I have ever done a fitness class of any kind, and really about the first time I've done strength training of any kind -- I was surprised I liked it as much as I did. The circuit training style and also the motivation to get into the "orange zone" was really motivating to me.

I LOVE OTF!!!#1- The Coaches and Front Desk Peeps! Always inspiring and happy to see me even at 5am. I can tell they truly care about what they do and my success too. I love how each of them are different and motivating. Very professional, friendly, & fun!#2- The Music. No more am I fiddling with my Spotify playlist wasting time trying to find the perfect beat. I like how different the music is each day with each coach and the volume is typically just right too.#3- The place is CLEAN! Always. Everytime I go. 1,000 Xs better than any local gym I have ever been to.#4- The Workouts (actually my #1). With routines that have a little mix of everything, short intervals to push myself to completion as well as someone telling me what to do, it's really hard to go wrong here. I don't have to guess about what I should be holding myself accountable to and I can see the results in how I feel and look and perform with each and every workout.Thank You!

This place is great. All the staff are super helpful and friendly. Their trainers take personal interest in you, and they have a very convenient number you can text to get quick help and answers. The app for scheduling makes it super easy. The workouts are great too. You will get your butt kicked here, especially if you are competitive.

I was drawn to orange theory because of the heart rate monitoring based in science and the variety of workouts. I am an avid soccer player and a physical therapist, so this was right up my ally. I have noticed that I am faster in my soccer games and can recover much quicker afterwards. I love that the trainers are aware of how some exercises may not be good for certain people and can modify them accordingly. Speaking of the trainers, they are all so friendly and positive and make every workout fun, even when you’re drenched in sweat and feel like you may pass out. The community of orange theory is one that cannot be beat and is welcoming to all fitness levels and ages. I would recommend this to anyone and have recommended it to several patients that have graduated and want to keep up with their fitness goals.

I love Orange Theory! The teachers are fantastic, and the workouts are killer. So addicted to these workouts, I continuously feel challenged every time I go, and when I hit my personal best, I feel amazing. I have been struggling to lose weight for my wedding, and Orange theory has gotten my butt kicked into shape! I have accomplished my weight loss goal, and I am feeling awesome. I am so ready to walk down that aisle looking my best.

Would definitely recommend orange theory to anyone! They accommodate any skill level and the workouts are never boring. The coaches are super helpful and play awesome music. They also have great class schedule availability for working parents - early in the morning, later in the evening and even on sundays! Highly recommend!

I love that I don’t have to “think” about what my workout will consist of-orange theory takes care of it for me and every day the workout is different!!! The coaches are all very helpful and motivating which is beneficial for your form and safety. A year in with my OT membership and staying strong!!!

Orange Theory is amazing for so many reasons. It doesn’t matter your size or your level of physical fitness...all are welcome. The instructors truly are fantastic, friendly and want to help each person without “being in your face.” The community is so supportive and friendly. But, my favorite thing about OTF is that no two workouts have ever been the same...which means a workout is NEVER boring!

Orange Theory is an amazing workout. It’s fun, different and challenging every time. The instructors are motivating, knowledgeable and inspiring. I have been a member at Cottonwood Heights for two years, the longest time I have stayed with one Gym. The membership plans are flexible and reasonable. I’m excited for the Holladay location since it is closer to me; I hope the awesome instructors and staff from Cottonwood Heights will work there too!
