Great workout today. One of the best things about OTF is that every day is different. Coaches are great.I am a huge fan of OrangeTheory. The staff and coaches are fully engaged in making sure the members have what they need to succeed. Everyone at South Jordan is great!

I’m so glad I joined OTF. I joined in on the unlimited plan and I don’t think I could have found anything better for what I was looking for, It is so worth the money spent. Such a great community. Front desk and coaches are always so friendly and willing to answer any questions. Every so often they have invited other businesses in the location for helping further your fitness journey.

I love Orange Theory! I tried a free first class in August 2022 and have been hooked ever since. The coaches and staff go out of their way to encourage you and make everyone feel welcome. This is the first workout I’ve found in a long time that I actually look forward to every week. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about OTF! They are super supportive. The workouts are tough, but great for continuing to improve my fitness. The routines change and in almost 4 years of going, I haven’t duplicated a workout. The coaches are incredible. OTF is my 2nd home.

Absolutely love OTF! My fiancé and I were athletes all growing up, and we have never been able to find a workout that woke up our inner athlete again until we found OTF. We both sustained serious injuries playing sports, and the coaches are always providing options that are easier on our knees/joints. Plus the coaches and staff are all amazing at making you feel welcome and comfortable. Love OTF!!!

I absolutely love OTF. I’ve been an dancer, athlete and worked out my entire life. I was going through a lot of health issues, mixed in with getting older I just wasn’t seeing the results like I use to. Needed something new and loved the science behind their method. Started seeing the results and got addicted to the constant variation. I never get bored because the workouts are never the same. Burn a ton of calories in an hour, I never plateau, the environment the staff creates is so encouraging and keeps me motivated to come back. I feel like I have my own personal trainer every time I go!

I love OTF! Everyday I go there is a new challenge. The workouts change daily and you can be as aggressive as you want or dial it back and you still come away feeling great. Getting up to workout everyday can be a challenge but the coaches, staff and community at OTF make it fun and worth going plus seeing physical results.
