I have always loved fitness, but I haven't always known how or what to do. One of the best things about OTF is that when I walk in I have no questions. The coaches are there, they know and they explain everything to you. If you have concerns or if you're not doing something correctly, they come and show you. They take the work, out of the work out. They tell what your doing, how to do it and and for how long you'll be doing it. IF you do it wrong, they come and advise you on how to do it right. I knew this was the gym environment for me, the first time I saw it advertised. Been doing it 8 years straight and I see myself never leaving!

I love this workout! I have been working out at OTF SoJo regularly for over 8 years. The coaching staff is wonderfully supportive and consistent, which is important to me. The community at the gym is warm and welcoming. I love the variation in workouts and the opportunities to challenge my fitness goals. I have seen amazing results in my fitness over the years. The monthly membership is a small price to pay for the benefits I have experienced with my overall health and mental wellness. In my 30+ years of being an athlete, I have not found a better workout than Orange Theory!

I go out of my way when I can to come workout here because the energy is so amazing. The positivity, encouragement, upbeat attitudes and recognition of me as an individual by coaches and staff really goes such a long way and I don’t get that level of support with my fitness goals from anywhere else. If you’re checking this location out, make sure to take David’s class! The owners do workouts with the classes and it’s cool to know they believe in OTF as much as it’s members. SOJO is hands down the best location out there, love you guys!!

The studio is a judgement free zone. Every time the experience has been relaxing as you are allowed to go at your own pace. The trainers are kind and everyone has been friendly.

This is the most motivating workout - you can’t slack even if you wanted to. The coaches are amazing and the front desk staff are so friendly!

Wonderful place to exercise. I have never felt judged or timid here- always welcomed by the people that go here and the people that work here. Orange theory is a great community but also…. This particular orange theory is the best orange theory I have ever been to!

I have worked out here for a little over a year and a half. Not only has my fitness level improved. I have also had my bloodwork done periodically as I have been working out here and noticed significant positive improvement in my A1C, Good cholesterol and bad cholesterol in addition to other improvements. The workouts are always fresh and the structure of accountability that exists motivates me to workout consistently.

Best of the Best. I signed up in 2018 and have been going here ever since. I love the coaches, the workouts and just everything about it. No matter your age or restrictions, they accommodate.
