OTF Sandy has been a game changer for my fitness! I started at the Sandy studio in August of 2020 and have loved every minute of it. From the signature workouts, benchmarks and the OCC. I love that it is me competing against myself and helping me to improve everyday

I absolutely love going here. Whoever came up with the “Theory” is genius. They effectively employ all kinds of mind hack strategies for helping a person break through blocks and achieve their goals:- The app gives a simple easy means for tracking progress.- They have clear achievable goals defined. (Seriously, I will push hard to get those Splat Points!)- The group dynamic is electric. I am really inspired to do better and better every time I come in. Plus everyone is so kind and helpful! (Michelle you are extra wonderful!)- The trainers are awesome. Case is the best! (But since he’s my regular coach I may be a little bias)- I feel everyone is extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions.- I was able to get a 1 on 1 consultation with my coach and go over my Body Fat Analysis. (Which they are offering for free this month)- Also, having an appointment system for classes really helps with accountability and follow through. It helps me stay loyal to my commitment to show up for me!- Last but not least, the reason I wanted to start to work out in the first place is because I’m training a young, very strong willed four-year-old horse, and needed to increase my strength and endurance. After only a few workouts I can already see a real difference. I am absolutely thrilled with the progress and results I’m seeing in just over a month!Well, I could probably go on and on, but I need to be up in a few hours to go to class.Just come in and check it out for yourself!I’m sure sure glad I did!🧡Oh, and tell them Lassen sent you in!👊🏼💕

I have been going to this studio for about 6 years now and it's 5 stars from the top down. From the caring owners to the friendly, helpful staff, to the high-quality coaches who genuinely want you to succeed. It's a great place to work out because it's clean, keeps me motivated, and challenges myself.

Amazing staff, and the workouts are customizable to each person's fitness level, goals, and abilities. Coaches are supportive and motivating, and we've made so many new friends at our classes. Love this place!

I have been at OTF for about 3 years and have loved working out here! I love the workouts and the focus on improving performance(last month I ran the fastest mile of my life). The coaches are amazing and inspiring!

I’ve been a member at OTF for a little over 2 years. I love this gym because it takes all the guesswork out of my workouts. Every time you go, the workout is laid out for you and makes exercising more enjoyable. The coaches are amazing…high energy, motivational, and care about their members and their health/fitness goals. I highly recommend everyone to sign up for their free class and experience OTF for themselves. 🍊 ❤️
