Everything! From the weight variety to the cardio. I’ve had 2 hip surgeries and was told I could never run again and with OTF I’ve gotten up to 2 miles with no pain. I love that you can measure your own progress through the amount of weight as well as the treadmill distance.

I have to applaud the welcoming support staff, and coaches! Even being an out of towner this particular studio made me feel as If I was at my home studio. I originally book my classes at the Cottonwood Heights location, but after one class at this studio. I was willing to drive another 12 minutes further to try this location, which met my expectations unlike the Cottonwood Heights location. Thank you!

I LOVE ORANGE THEORY! Each workout is completely different and I am always challenged to take myself to the next level. Yet nothing about the process is intimidating. All of the trainers are absolutely wonderful!

I'm obsessed with this place! I have regularly exercised for as long as I can remember, but for most of that time I was just going through the motions. Exercise was something I knew I needed to do, and because of the habits I created, I just did it. It wasn't until I found Orange Theory that I started to LOVE exercise. I love that every time I step into that orange room I am competing with myself and the body I had yesterday. Every workout pushes me to do more than I thought I was capable of doing.

It's the most productive 60 min workout I have ever gotten. I've been a member since it opened and I'm addicted. I've lost 25 lbs and can definitely tell that I've gotten stronger. Everyone at Sandy is so friendly, always willing to help, and making sure we are having fun in the process.

I love the uniqueness of each workout and fun atmosphere. The coaches do a great job of pushing me each time I go. I’ve seen a definite improvement in my fitness level and overall health since I started over a year ago.

Went in for a couple trial classes and the staff was awesome. Trying out a new gym can be a bit stressful but there was no reason to be nervous at all, they are extremely helpful and put your mind at ease. The class itself was great as well, they are sure to tailor the workout to each individual's needs and abilities. I would definitely recommend it!

I heard from friends that OTF was the place to go, but I was still nervous about joining and even trying out the free class. I ended up signing up for the 6am with Chelsie and it was amazing! She was a great teacher and really helped guide me through my first session. I was surprised and relieved that the members next me were also very helpful and encouraging throughout the session. It was hard and I definitely felt out of my comfort zone, but the overwhelming feeling of being welcomed plus the style workout was enough for me to sign up right after that class. I’m excited to attend more and really tackle the splat points! This location is staffed with knowledgeable and kind professionals and I’ll definitely recommend it!
